The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. We waited about 20 minutes before realizing that no one was coming. So we went to request for a server, after about 5 minutes he comes and says “ I’ll be back”. We ended waiting and he never came back. Eventually after some time a different server came (a woman) . The server came and got our order, brought it out, and then saw her once more before getting the check. I understand that there’s a possibility that maybe they were understaffed, I’m not sure but the part the made me upset is that when we are going to check out. The guy server from earlier is at check out and there is one person in front of us. He checks the lady out and then walks away to a completely different register and checks out the lady behind us and then once he is done with her he leaves. This was my first time at this specific location. I have been to one other location and my experience was great. My sister-in-law and my mother-in-law went the week before and said that the same individual gave them terrible service as well. I would not recommend this location especially if it’s your first time it might give you a bad impression.

Food is just americanized Mexican. It's okay. Cheddar cheese is put on everything instead of queso fresco. The beans were microwaved after plating. Service is decent and atmosphere is alright. It's just a beige experience. If you're hungry, they'll feed you. But you'll be anything but wowed.

Obviously a well established customer base. Everybody has updates about their lives to tell their favorite waitress. It's laid back. You and friends can liner over that coffee with lots of refills... Or rush in and out for a quick lunch. Meet a new person or throw a party in their private room. My favorite is their fish platter.Two Inch thick, flaky fillets with a light, crispy batter served with large, (not greasy) steak fries and the MOST UNIQUE HUSH PUPPIES I'VE EVER TASTED! Never can eat it all so for $12 it's 2 meals for me! Saw a lot of pick ups and drivers picking up deliveries. Couldn't understand why the waitress was not bringing the ticket so signaled for a to go box. I reached for my purse and she waved a finger. "Oh there's no charge. Your meal has been covered." 😯🤭 It's THAT kind of place. You can tease the waitresses but bless those that clear the tables and everyone notices.
Wheelchair accessibility: Might have some problems here but not the restaurant's fault. It's located on a busy corner of a strip center with two way traffic and pick up and deliveries. Best drop off the disabled person at their door then park.

When I ask for ranchera salsa, give me ranchera salsa and not the other cold salsa and a goofy look. The first cup you gave me had a quarter ranchera salsa, barely any. And when I go to buy more, you give me the other one. Specifically bought ranchera salsa. It was the guy with the white air pod smh

Been here at least 1 time a week for breakfast for the last month. Call in order is quick and easy. Walk up order to go is quick and easy. Tacos are always filled with good portions and taste delicious. People at register are always greeting you with a smile. Will continue to keep going to get my breakfast tacos.
Parking: Plenty of Parking. Drive thru is at front of this location but you have to get off.
Never eat the chicken caldo. It’s only cabbage and 1 small slice of carrot and half of a small potato and a fingernail size of a zucchini SKIN ONLY not the inside of the zucchini and chicken leg quarter that is tough meat. I don’t recommend this place and I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. Horrible food and service. DON’T EVER GO EAT THERE!!!!

The food is very good I had the puffy taco's and they are perfect not to much over powering seasoning like most places I have been and the chips and salsa are very good the flavor is spot on. The staff are very nice here and if your going to a restaurant for the atmosphere this is not it for you it is very casual nothing fancy but me personally I didn't go to see a building I went for the food.
Decided to try some where new for a change, the atmosphere was good service wasn't the only time I saw our waitress is when she took our order. Our food took about 25 minutes to come out and it was honestly a simple order nothing special. The gentleman who brought it out was nice. The food is mediocre nothing special, more somewhere to go to pick up food not dine in. No one ever came to our table to ask if we needed anything or refills or to leave us our ticket to pay. Not some place I'd go back to.
