Service is terrible. We were 1st in line and 1st to be seated. We had 4 in our group. Ordered immediately based on waitress telling us to get our order in quickly. Other customers came in after us, got seated, served, ate and left and we were still waiting. Waitress said the tickets got “scrambled “ in the kitchen. She said she would give us a free desert but not to tell anyone. Our food came out after waiting almost an hour. One member of our group asked if she could get a second roll. Waitress said no, meals only come with one. She left our table and NEVER returned. Never asked if we needed anything. We had to go get our own “to go” box. Food was mediocre at best. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Terrible service.

We don't visit as much as we would like, it's a bit of a road trip for us. We have never been disappointed. Friendliest wait staff and one amazing steak! Don't mind waiting in line, the customers are just as friendly as the staff.

Had to go back to the Leona General Store for awesome Ribeye steaks. Once again, rode motorcycles 150 miles, getting their first in line at 3:30 pm. Wasn’t long, the Friday Night crowd started showing up, waiting in line for the 5:30 pm opening. We were seated ordered our steaks and drinks, given bowl to serve our own salads. Wasn’t long , our juicy and very delicious Ribeye steaks arrived. All three of us were in heaven devouring steak and potatoes, with extra to take home for lunch next day. Service was very good, when leaving, the hostess was still seating customers. We got on our Goldwings , very happy, made it back home safely to Texas City/League City.

Amazing food. Gotta get there early because the wait is long. Cobbler is delicious!

I'm Googles Top Google Reviewer... Grew in cattle country Montana where we have more cattle than people per capita, I have ate at some of the most historical and prestigious steak houses 🏘 in United States... This one for Authenticity, Wait Staff, Menu, Taste, and everything is as true Authentic American Steak House as you can possibly get!

Friday and Saturday night crowds as busy as it gets. Worth the wait. Amazing steaks. Start at 10 ounces, cut to order in 2 oz increments.

Get there early! The food is soooo worth it. Enjoyed talking with my neighbors waiting to get in, and ended up eating with another couple.
I went for a 20 Oz ribeye so I could take home leftovers. It was so flavorful and tender that night and the next day. I also had a "milk" pie(?) for dessert that was moist and delicious. It was not tres leches. Our server recommended it, and I'm glad she did.
Looking forward to our next trip.

Best steak in the area. We have been here multiple times. The food is always exceptional and the staff is very attentive. I will see y'all again.... if you leave enough room after the steak dinner go next door and get some ice cream.

Son took us too the most amazing steak restaurant. I do not like steak. Restaurants do not know how to cook them. This place knows how to cook steak! I was pleasantly surprised! Best steak in years!! Too bad I live in Ohio. I'll have to wait another year to get a get a good steak!

Absolutely recommend! We got there early to be one of the first to get in, so glad we did, because there was already a line of 20 when we got there. And OMG that steak was DELICIOUS & way bigger than I expected!!! That steak literally melted in my mouth!! The cheesy mashed potatoes were amazing & the dinner roll was so soft and fluffy. OMG!!! I will definitely go back!!! BEST STEAK EVER!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
