Horrible place to get ice cream they take 30 minutes in the drive through for medium blizzard and Oreo confection cup. And charge you for extra chocolate and don’t put hardly any chocolate to no chocolate on the ice cream. Will not be back. I will drive my happy butt to bonham for now on. And the service from the kids was horrible as well and rude with no manners.

Ordered steak finger basket, I was told the had no ff but had seasoned fries so I said I would take those, I was sent to the side to wait, I watch 4 other vehicles park next to me, they received their order and I was still waiting. I ask the guy who brought out the food next to me about my order, he said he would check on it. He came back and said the cook forgot to cook it. Another guy brought out my chicken salad and knew nothing about the steak fingers. I sat there and waited Another 5 minutes and finally went in and ask about the rest of the order, they seemed clueless. I told the lady either you or the other female took my order and she responded it wasn't me, then she looked at the ticket and said I took the order. So she talked to the cook, and I waited another 10 minutes. The lady did refund the money but I took the food and went home. The chicken on the salad was partially burnt, the toast had been sitting for a long time, it was like a brick. The steak fingers was way over cooked, they were very hard, our little dogs wouldn't even eat them. Mind you, I drove 15 minutes away for this food. I went to this location last week and it was amazing, but after this trip, I won't be returning.
Got a double belt buster around 6pm with several other things. No ice cream was available. My first worry was I did not even hear a grill going in the back. My fear was confirmed when I received my food and my burger was stone cold. Both cheese slices were not even melted. Can highly not recommend this place

Chicken strips , tasted like and smelled like fish and hard as a rock.the part of the meal was the gravey and toast.this used to be A pretty good DQ not so much now.

The food was just horrible way too much mayo on my dude sandwich and on the bottom side of the top bun it was burnt black ..the people working there were extremely nice and it had a great atmosphere

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now. What happened to the old crew that used to work here? Or maybe I came on a day that the B team was working. Up until today I have never had bad service or food. First off when you ask someone to wait to order, don’t come back on and not be ready to take the order. Then because I like the tacos. I have them all the time. I get tacos with no meat and just sad looking. I walked back in and go refunded my money and went to SONIC instead.
Note to management/ ownership McDonald’s is building down the street if you can’t figure out how to sever quality food with accurate orders. You will go out of business.
