Every time I get pizza there, it is literally horrible. A girl with black hair with short bangs made my pizza. She was talking with her coworkers while my pizza just sat there. Every time also, the pizza just tastes so disgusting and burnt. She looks like a teenager, maybe high school junior or senior.

Terrible service. They were barely putting my pizzas in the oven after over an hour, and they still wanted me to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. I canceled the order, as the excuse was that they were very busy.

great dominos location, they do their job, the one time I went in it was very big and clean, never had an order come back wrong. the only suggestion I would make is cut your pizzas all the way through 👍

Worker are nice as for their hospitality. Now if only they put more effort in their job would be greater. Pizza is always on point but for their other foods not so well. I like their Chicken Alfredo but as time went by. The amount that they give have gone less and less food. Now is not the only time this happens. And as for the Tots omg! Like busy or not is this unacceptable!

I absolutely love ordering from this spot! Every time I dive into their delicious pizza, it never disappoints. Plus, the customer service is fantastic—always friendly and attentive! I can't recommend them enough! 🍕😊
Ordered pizza on my way to the store. Walked in when the app said my order was ready and was told they need another 6 minutes. Walked back in after 8 or so minutes to be told they have to remake my pizzas. So after waiting another 20 minutes and having 1 pizza and breadsticks sitting on counter for 20+ minutes my order was finally ready. Asked for a discount since my part of my order had been sitting on the counter for 20+ minutes to be told we offered you a free drink.

There are times that both the food and service are great; however, more than often than not neither are. Tonight I ordered online for carside delivery, parked directly in front of the store, checked in, turned my flashers on then after several minutes finally gave up & went in to request my pizzas. There were seven employees in the front part of the store & when I stated, gave them my name and said “So much for carside service tonight” the man whom I assume is the manager replied nastily “Well you should have checked in.” I replied with. “I did. Thank you.” Finally, I get home to find that both pizzas are way overcooked. But at least they’re not completely burned this time. It’s really a shame that we don’t have another option.

If I could 0 stars i would. I ordered online for a pickup at the drive through pickup window and I sat there for more than ten minutes with no service. When I finally went in, all employees were on their phones and completely ignored me. When I asked if I could get my order, I was met with stares and silence. Half my order wasn't even ready and it had been more than enough time ( over forty minutes) for it all to be cooked and ready. The young girl who ‘helped’ me was rude and the manager was sitting there in the kitchen doing absolutely nothing too. Unfortunately I have always had problems with this dominoes and today just was enough for me to never go back. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of service and the rude attitudes I always receive. I recommend that they get some help with staffing and how to deal with customers. Dominoes- please do better.

So I was finally able to place a delivery order through their website. Delivery driver was competent and courteous. For $19 a pizza, it has barely any cheese or toppings --- less cheese than a $5 Red Baron frozen pizza. I don't know if the cooks at this location are particularly skimpy on ingredients, or if this is nationwide since inflation these past few years. The last time I had dominoes pizza was pre-Biden. :-( If the pizzas had a bit more, I might order again. But till then 'm just going to buy Frozen Red Baron pizza from Brookshires. It's less than a third of the price and has double the cheese.
------------previous review---------------- I'm actually unable to place an order. I called their number and got a robot. Then I was transferred to an Indian call center where a gentleman on the other side of the world who could barely speak English couldn't understand the format of my American address. He told me that this area doesn't have delivery, which I know isn't true because I see the Domino's pizza delivered to our next door neighbors all the time. I just wish this local Domino's actually gave us their phone number, so I wouldn't have to spend 15 minutes talking to robots and foreigners. I'm just trying to place a pizza delivery order for a place 3 mi from my house.
