We went on an extremely busy night. They were backed up on drive thru and front counter with tons of orders but not once did anyone make an ugly face or be rude to any customers. Were people frustrated with how backed up they were yes but they still made the effort to acknowledge every guest and let them know they hadn’t been forgotten about. They kept checking the orders and if anything was wrong with the orders, they remade it as quickly as they could. I’ve been to other...
Honest and upfront.... the crew last night got my order wrong. Something ended up on my burger that I can't have.
But mistakes happen and everyone makes them. It's how you own up to it and fix it that counts. And the crew last night impressed me. The cook himself is the one that got me fixed up and on my way. No fuss, no muss. Even joked about things.
Lesson here too is that if you don't act like a "Karen", you won't get a defensive...

Fantastic group of hard-working individuals they are trying to keep that store running and are the glue that makes that place go if you want a good quality Burger King that's clean and it's not treat you right go to the levelland location
