We have never had issues prior to tonight. 1 our order was cold 2nd the manager tonight was highly rude and sarcastic. He snatched my debit card out of my hand. Did not even apologize. The other 2 workers just looked like they just felt and knew manager was wrong. Poor customer service. I'm sorry you were having a bad day sir.....but no way to treat your customers...

Pain. Pain is what you have brought me. First my father dies then I died and came back. Hell exist by the way. But even Hell wasn’t as bad as when I ordered Buffalo CHICKEN za and get 5 PIECES OF CHICKEN. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH 5 PIECES OF CHICKEN. AND NO CHEDDAR CHEESE. This was my 13th reason. My heart is broken into a billion million gagillion pieces. That’s more pieces than pieces of chicken I got on my pizza. This is YOUR fault dominos.

The local store is amazing I placed my order by phone to the call center and the rep could barely speak English and I could not understand her. I did not know at the time that I could be connected directly to the store to I placed the order thinking it would be fine, when I got to the store the total was higher and I couldn’t figure out why. The girl told me it was cause they ordered me bread bowls instead of just pasta bowls. And well due to medical reasons I can’t have the bread I paid for it and got home and then realized they forgot my garlic cups. I called to see if I could go back to get them and explained the situation to the manager and she offered to remake our pasta bowls, and have them delivered to me free of charge. Thank you so much for doing that. Just great customer service.

This Domino's pizza is great. Their pizzas are delicious. I get all my pizzas from there. It comes hot. I once asked them to draw me a chicken and they did :P So I'll assume that the staff is also friendly :D.

Unfortunately 1 bad apple spoils the entire bunch. Sierra was great but still no resolve with the rude call center person. Way to go Dominoes!! My money will go elsewhere

I’m not from the area but was staying for one night. Was in a bad mood due to other reasons. My family decided we’d just order pizza. Took about 30 min to get out food. Even though it took that long our food was still really hot after 2 other deliveries prior to ours. All I kept saying was how amazing it was. Seth the delivery driver was awesome. He apologized for the late delivery the moment we opened the door, which wasn’t necessary but hey was very nice. Seth my family and I just want you to know that you did an outstanding job with deliveries at midnight. YOU ROCK SETH!!!

Not to happy today. Order a Chicken Alfredo with a bread bowl. They send Chicken Alfredo in foil bowl. So I have to wait an extra 30 minutes for my food. And she wanted to make sure I send the wrong order back. Not good Levelland
