My team is working out in Levelland and so I ordered a lunch from here for all of us.
We had both trucks in use so we really couldn't run down the street to get food.
I ordered three meals and three drinks.
30% of the meal cost was delivery fees.
When the delivery got here, we only had two out of the three drinks, and zero ranches.
The meals were supposed to come with ranch and we ordered extra as well.
When I called the restaurant, the manager told me that there is nothing that they can do about the missing items.
Can you send another driver, since I paid for delivery? NO, but you can come pick them up!
What about a partial refund for the missing items? Not on online orders, but you can come pick them up.
This is more of a systems and process issue that slims corporate should be aware of - if you offer delivery, you should have a process in place to address order issues.
Anyway, I don't recommend this place.
The food was ok, late and cold but that's expected with delivery.

Waited 15 minutes at the window and there was only 3 people sitting down inside, not busy. Got home, tenders were barely warm and fries and toast were cold and hard. Unnacceptable to wait that long and still receive cold food. No point of addressing management they shrug it off or ignore your comments. This location is not it.

Went inside for a dine in experience.Spoke with the employee working the counter about an option we did not see on the digital display and something they used to have. Stating we like to have tenders and wings as a family. He new what we where asking for and explained they took it off but they have a card version of it behind the counter. Awesome we took the card looked it over gave him our order and additional items needed. Needless to say that was a waste of time everything we tried to order he replied with sorry we are out of that or can’t make that at this time. How does a chicken house not have chicken and why offer the card if you don’t have the products? After reading the reviews we now understand why the parking lot was empty on a Friday night. Needless to say Braum’s was on point and very affordable. Don’t bother with stopping in as they apparently don’t need the business.
