I have eaten Sonic food at at least 40 different locations over the years and I must say that stopping here in Levelland has been a wonderful experience. I have eaten here four times already in the past two weeks and the food is fantastic. I have come in the morning and at noon and the employees are on the ball 100%. I have to give all the credit to the manager, I understand her name is Laura, she is also the cook and an amazing cook at that. This company should feel very lucky to have her. I am new to the area and this has become my favorite spot to eat. I already know I will not be disappointed as long as I come during the first shift.

Service was good l, but I got my burger I did not check till I got home, I took a bite and my burger had two old patties they were dry and hard. I am very disappointed in the meal that I paid for.

I've been able to order online without issues up until now. I had to sign in just to place a stupid order. I couldn't remember my password so I changed it, I log in, but now they need me to update my mobile number. I put mine because I have only one number, it says it's linked to an account. Management is always patient with mess ups will even make it free sometimes, employees are nice I would always tip but I’m a peasant, food is amazing just hate when they close the place very early then regular schedule, atmosphere is always great watching the crackheads tweak their way down town

I don't understand how they mess up the food so bad, sure the drink are good, but anytime I order food it all taste over cooked and awful, I tried to eat here several times and I swear I end up throwing it out... waste of money.
This is the worst store in the chain. Half of the stalls don't work. Slow service. Our car hop was crying when she got to our car. I love Sonic, but not this one!

The manager in the mornings Laura key is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with as well as an valued employee to the establishment. Hopefully they know that because it would be detrimental to lose someone with her skill set and tremendous customer service!!

Only downfall is the crashing of app and stalls to much. Go there several times a day. We order both drinks and food from here.
