The short fat girl with the glasses / four eyes has a smart mouth talking about do you want spoiled milk when I asked her why are you all closed after walking into an open store . If the store is closed update it on google maps , the Starbucks app and put up a sign instead of getting a smart mouth. Furthermore your store had already been open for an hour if you needed milk there's several grocery stores in the area that sell it instead of making excuses and milking the clock but not doing absolutely anything and turning customers away.

I’m usually pretty excited to come to this location. Unfortunately, the staff was very rude on the night of 10/21/23. I don’t know why the girl was so upset. I ordered one drink and she was beyond rude. She didn’t even acknowledge that we placed my order. She didn’t even say thank you. I believe her exact words were “here!” Please do better hiring. It was very upsetting.

Absolutely worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I've never been one to criticize the ones preparing my food or drinks, but this location will inspire the Karen in anyone. I've never gotten my 1 drink order less than 20 minutes after ordering in app (I pick up at the counter if anyone is in the drive thru line) and it's wrong every time! Today I finally asked the barrista to re-read my order, requsting no whip and add 2 extra espresso shots... the drink she is handing me has whip and almost white in color, like there was barely any coffee. She scoops out the whip cream and transfers the rest into another cup. I asked if the extra shots had been put in and she responded yes. I didn't argue and just left. Frap tasted like apple flavored milk. These barristas should be trained at least a week in any Lubbock location or the owner needs to invest in secret shoppers, to see how bad it really is. For now I'm giving up on this location, and will try back in 6 months to see if it's gotten any better.

Yesterday I ordered $33 worth of various drinks, none of which were correct or tasted right. I called and they told me to come back the next day and get a refund. I did just that! Not only did they give me a full refund but they also gave me a free drink today! They were very apologetic and very kind. Definitely going to keep going to this location.
