We don't get to go out to eat often and my husband wanted to treat us to some food. My son's only item was paid for but forgotten his cinnatwists. 3 of the tacos weren't supposed to have sour cream on them and did. I do understand it gets busy but those kinds of mistakes aren't really necessary. I will say I usually love this taco bell location just a bit disappointed this time.

DO NOT DOOR DASH from this location. You will be ripped off and the staff will not listen when a driver returns to fix the issue. I spent $40 at this establishment and only received half my food. My driver who is amazing went back to fix the issue and was not only miss treated but the people were rude and very unprofessional.

Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my entire life and I've been going to Taco Bell since the late '90s. First off, the manager who I spoke with was massively combative and if I were Taco Bell corporate I would get rid of her immediately. Not because she had tattoos on her neck and looked like she just rolled out from under a bridge, but because she was very combative with a customer about a complaint during the drive-thru ordering session. Taco Bell is trash hands down, but this Taco Bell in Levelland, Texas is the absolute dumpster fire of all Taco bells. Avoid this place like the plague and go to Taqueria Guadalajara or Taco Villa. Both places are much nicer to deal with and have food that's actually fresh. đŸ€™

Again I'm begging corporate Taco Bell, you have a manager here that was combative with a customer at the drive-thru window. That should be grounds for shutting down the whole store. đŸ€™ Not to mention this was my order đŸ€”

Went in and ordered food with my wife and got back home 30 miles away to find these skimpy taco's in our bag we ordered three of these tacos and they all look like this after about 10-15 of working on it while not very busy😒

They shut down the grill and stopped taking cash 30 min before close. Seams a little early. Sounds like a lazy staff and a bad night mananger that lost a sale because they counted their drawers 30 minutes before close possibly sooner that's just when I got there. Good job Wendy's got my money

Horrible service. Why does someone have to stand there for 5 minutes when they could have given me the drink? Had to wave the lady down just to get the drink. Then she has to be rude

HATE using the Kiosk when employees r just standing around doing nothing! Watched an employee hug and kiss and rub all over her husband or boyfriend WITH GLOVED HANDS and she did not change them when she went back to work!đŸ€ź NO ONE spoke to us on our way in or out!

My daughter got a drink that had a bunch of black spots in it. She took it to the workers to show them and one of the employees told my 15 year old she wasn't going to both with it because there was nothing in the cup. Multiple people including the manager on duty saw it. She made my daughter cry. Absolutely unacceptable.

I walked in and noticed a note on the cash register that said “please use the kiosk. We can help you if needed. It is nice that they are willing to help and I appreciate that. Why not just help me by taking my order and using the cash register? I like to pay cash. I have never used a kiosk. I never will use a kiosk. I will not ever spend my hard earned money at a place that prefers for me to use a kiosk. Hey, the drive thru window doesn’t have a kiosk and they accept cash. I work out in the wind, hot sun, and freezing cold. My utility truck doesn’t fit in the drive thru. Maybe I like sitting at a table instead of eating in the truck that I practically live in. I guess a hard working man’s cash ain’t no good inside taco hell. The ceo of taco hell is so cheap and out of touch with cash paying customers. Covid sure made fast food “restaurants” lazy and I would rather spend $20 on a meal than to be encouraged to use a damned kiosk!

I like Taco Bell but this one in Levelland TX? Man they have this older lady working the window nearly Everytime I go. I always am nice and I tell her I don't need my receipt! I don't like trash in my car ya know! I mean she acts like it's going to kill her to throw it away. I have noticed Everytime I go and she sees me boy she looking like oh gosh here she is! Her and whoever makes my order I don't get it nearly every single time they mess up my order! I will stop going there so now it's Taco Villa, me and ride people do not mix! If you don't want to serve the public go home! REALLY??
