Used the app to mobile order. Waited 10 minutes to drive over. No cars in the lot and only one that pulled in ahead of me in the drive thru. They ordered, I pulled up and was asked to wait. 5 minutes later I gave them my code and was told to pull forward. Was given my drinks and told to pull around to the mobile order spot and that my food would be right out. 10 minutes later I got my food. Congratulations Wendy's, you've dethroned Sonic as slowest fast food in Levelland...

i went to get a chicken sandwich meal and baconator fries earlier and when i was at the window the lady was just rushing me to order and there was NOBODY behind me. Not only that, but they made me pull forward for about 10 minutes for chicken and the chicken was just about awful, they also forgot the baconator fries so i had to go back in to get them and when i got them all i received was a “bye” in a rude manner from the lady. Terrible service and food and will not be returning.

I live one block away, and I was so excited about having Wendy’s and most of the time the food is good and hot, but the last time I ordered a Dave’s double and it was not fresh. It was very dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, but I’ve been there about five times so far and I’ve only had one bad experience hopefully I won’t have anymore. I don’t like dry food, and that hamburger was dry enough to gag a maggot.

I was parked the last three times I’ve been here. Why does it take a ridiculous amount of time for a simple order? Also, there needs to be more lights outside it almost looks like it’s closed.

Google says they close at 1:00 a.m the employee taking the trash out said 12. It was 11:45 when they shut the lights off on us and when I asked how come I couldn't order if it was 11:45 and they they close at 12:00 the young lady got an attitude and did not respond. I had already waited in the Drive-Thru pulled out of the drive-thru parked in a spot, seen one of the employees taking the trash out and then asked her. So first pull in time was probably around 11:35 to 11:38. When Google said 1am and the employee taking out the trash at midnight.

The people are usually really nice but the few times I've been there I've had to pull forward in the drive thru, even if no one is behind me, and wait for my food. And they almost always don't have something: soda, cheese sauce, tortillas for the wrap, etc - never fails. It's disappointing because the food is generally good and we were excited to have a Wendy's in town. If they can fix these few things, it'll be much better experience.

This place sucks I ordered doordash and just because their ice cream machine wasn't working they're not going to give me no items that I ordered through doordash just because their ice cream machine was down so I lose out on like $10.15 how's the food was burnt I tried to call and talk to one of the managers and he says they're busy that he was being rude and everything does anybody have the corporate phone number or who's the general manager is please I would like to speak with him

When someone doesn't want cheese on their burger and you put it on the burger, then realize it and you pull it off and reheat the meat to burn the cheese pieces onto the meat is very unacceptable!!!
Im sorry, I am not dumb I worked fast food for years and years and the service and food have been terrible every time I go to Wendy's!
So get it together or shut the doors!
Won't be back!

Order thru Door Dash, once again having ordered a Burger with Bacon as advertised did not come with bacon or any Produce on it. Is it really that hard to make food to specifications as offered on menu? Also order two small chocolate frosty and received Vanilla.

Spoke to Joe( General Manager) very unprofessional and rude. He got mad because I questioned his ability to Training and Manage Effectively. He challenged me to come back to unit over the phone. We will never order from this Wendys anymore or Go to this Location.

So I ordered a Baconator with Baconator fries and a Frosty through doordash when it got here I was told by the doordashers at my Frosty was not given to him because Wendy's texted me through the door dash app saying that they were out when nobody ever said anything to me and I still got charged full price the food is cold and Soggy
