Hadn’t been to Andy’s in quite a while, so thought I’d drop through on my way to NFM to get a new couch. Needed a new couch because of my dog, ironically named Andy, who had a bit too much time alone with said couch, and there was not much more than a frame left when I got home. I digress.Rolled up to the drive thru where a super patient and friendly young man took my order. Didn’t catch his name but was one of only a handful of people in the entire world that can rock a mullet. He didn’t even look at me funny when I asked them to make it with “extra love”. Made it to the window, paid, and was on my way, Andy’s in hand! And I do have to say……I could taste the extra love! ?

Came here around 4pm today. Ordered a cookie Casanova jack hammer and used my rewards for a free cake cone. Although they gave me a waffle cone, the jackhammer was made well.The reason for the poor review is because they the two guys made it feel very unwelcoming. Seemed very off putting, when wanting to check in the kid made me repeat 4 digits multiple times and acted like he didn’t hear me while blankly staring at me. Also when handing over the concrete the second guy said “Have a rest of y’all’s day” to me and my girlfriend . Almost like both the guys didn’t want us there , they were being either were being rude or just acting weird for some reason.Very upsetting, the other locations might be a hit or miss with the jackhammer, but atleast their service is super friendly. There was a woman working there too, but we didn’t interact with her.Maybe it’s because me and my girlfriend are interracial? We’ve had one other instructor of this happening at another location. Starting to feel weird going to certain Andy’s locations.

I enjoyed some of the finest custard at this place – truly exceptional. While it's been a while since my last visit, I recall being able to watch the employees craft it from scratch through the glass windows. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I love Andy's this time of year especially. I've been to many locations, and this one has given me the best service. (Suffice it to say, I've had great service at all of them.) If you love apple pie and ice cream, you have to get the Apple Pie concrete! I love adding caramel as well. The Ooey Gooey is delicious too, but I swap out the almonds for pretzels instead. It makes for a great salty, sweet treat. (Add peanut butter to that if you wanna go for extra richness!) Andy's is great, and I love that service is personalized in that you aren't yelling through a drive thru speaker. You talk to the person directly. Even on busy nights, they're pretty sufficient and friendly.
