Service was terrible. We sat down and waited 30-40 minutes for our drinks until I asked a waitresss if she could help us. Our waiter Tyrone was not attending us at all. All he did was take our order and he walked passed us a million times without checking on us. The other table near us told us that their food wasnt even what they ordered. It was ours! So we waited almost an hour for food and drinks. We only got one appetizer and one entree and there was 3 of us. I watched all other waiters/waitresses attend other people quickly and checked up. Not just walking in circles and hiding like Tyrone. The manager was super nice and understanding of the situation once I explained to her. I understand there was one cook, but not bringing us our simple drinks until I asked someone else is absurd. I don’t think he has the work ethic to fulfill this jobs duties. Everyone else was great.

Complety Disappointed, ribs honey bbq were all the opposite, very spice, salmon came with a hair and the manager rude and unpolite, also they had like 4 tables and we waited for over 45 minutes to get the worst experience ever, they just ruinned my family lunch, now waiting for for over 10 minutes to get the bill, never again

I had the best pasta of my life! Whomever the chef or cook Jeron is. Please keep making the pasta like you do. It was well seasoned, the noodles cooked to perfection and the texture of the meat was cooked perfectly!

Decided to give them a chance despite the poor reviews. My mistake. These folks don't care at all about what they are doing. Stealing my money by leaving out shrimp and giving you something you do not want. It says it clearly on the sticker. chx/shrimp. 86 garlic mash. And this is what I got.

Watered down wonton tacos. Sloppy and messy. Shame on curb side. Then My husband had to go in as ask about the order. They NEVER put it in.

We decided to come to the Lewisville location. I am so happy with the service we received Taylor and Bree were amazing, they were sweet and were very personable. They were a little steady but both made sure to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and apologized for the wait. Thank you for your kindness. Blessings onto you both. 🫶🏼

Olga , Sam & Dennis are PHENOMENAL !!!! Ask for Olga for family , Dennis for the party & Sam to tie it all together!! Love this crew. Bartender is cute and funny (Dennis) Olga is knowledgeable & seasoned & sam is very hospitable

I know it’s Applebee’s, so I don’t expect luxury service—but I do expect basic hospitality. There were 3 servers, 1 bartender, and 1 manager switching shifts, yet it took 35 minutes for a side Caesar salad, chicken wonton tacos, and a sweet tea. My main course was already sitting in the window, and my server forgot the appetizers completely—then served another table who came after me.

When the bill came ($38.16), the server told me, “Next time just order everything at once so it’s not a problem.” That level of customer care is unacceptable.

I’ve been a General Manager in restaurants and nightclubs, and this was by far one of the worst displays of service and management I’ve seen. The only person who showed any professionalism was the host.

Hopefully the management team reads this and takes it as a wake-up call to fix the hospitality standards here.

It has been about 15 years since we ate at Applebee's because the food was nasty with horrible service. We ate at Applebee's this week because of convenience and was pleasantly surprised. We had the two for $25.00 and chose onion rings for the appetizer and the double cheese hamburger which came with tomato basil soup and fries. They also have for $1.00 a small piece of brownie with ice cream, it was the perfect size. Mike the bartender was our waiter, he was friendly, attentive and made recommendations on what to order. He suggested to add blackened seasoning and jalapeños to the burger, which was a nice spicey addition. We will definitely be back.
