Read before thinking of hiring this company to make a cake for a special occasion, like your wedding. Please keep in mind this was the first time I had to work with a cake company.

When I first reached out I inquired about delivery and their prices (I was going to have a small wedding). It was confirmed that they delivered. I paid for a tasting with my fiancé, when we went it didn’t feel warm or inviting. We sat down and they just sat a box down and left. We thought someone would sit with us to discuss their flavors, what were we looking for, give us suggestions etc. Nope. No one came. After a while we got the hint and we started with the first cupcake, they were all cold & the icing was a bit hard. They were not fresh or even room temperatured. The taste on all were ok, a bit sweeter. Once we were done we waited a while for someone to back, no one checked in on us until a while had gone by. We only had 6 cupcakes to try so I’m not sure why we were just left there for a while. A girl, she was nice, but every time we had a question she had to go to the back and then come back with an answer. My fiances first flavor choice was chocolate for the bottom tier and oreo for the top. When it came to design, I didn’t really have an idea on how I wanted it to look like, I thought I would be shown at least some pictures of their work and then get an idea based on suggestions. We didn’t want any fancy designs or anything just something simple. They didn’t show any of their work or sample pictures so I had to rush to find something online to show.

The following week we finally get our first invoice but they then tell us delivery is no longer an option due to that date/time already being booked. Not once was it mentioned to me that delivery was first come first served in any of the back-and-forth text messages that I was doing with this company, otherwise we would have been more proactive in the booking. We had no choice but to stick with the company due to the wedding being close. They said they could uber the cake to the wedding but that cost would be added to the invoice. We went without delivery and picked up the cake the day before the wedding. The invoice does state bottom tier chocolate and top tier oreo.

My sister & brother leave the wedding to drive to our home, picked the cake up and brought it to the wedding, when my husband and I cut into the bottom tier cake it was not chocolate. It was oreo. It was too late to call the company, and we still needed to have a cake at the wedding. It was disappointing since everyone was mostly a chocolate lover and it was my husband’s first choice too. When we brought the top tier back home, we made a little indent to see what was inside the cake and that too was oreo which was correct.

The following Monday we drove by the cake shop and since they had a closed sign on their door but were open we called from the parking lot. I guess I spoke w/ the manager because when I told her what happened she went back to discuss it with the owner. The owner was only willing to refund us $80. We were thinking of getting at least half of our money back due to the bottom tier which was the biggest tier that got ruined. I had to fight to get at least a $100 refund. This cake was a disappointment & the customer service is poor.

Not only great customer service and response time, but beautiful and delicious cookies. Were a major hit at my mom’s retirement party!

What a nice surprise that Arielle has now opened ‘Arielle Pastry Works’ with a store front, previously just online order, the cup cakes and cookies are delicious and I’m sure the other item will be just as yummy, got my eye on the cheese cake cupcakes on my next visit.

This was such a beautiful cake to celebrate my mom turning 50. The design was intricate and they matched the colors spot on! We got the almond wedding cake and it was so so good 🥰

Arielle is absolutely amazing. I have been using her for all my events for the last 5 years. She is very creative and helps my visions come alive in the form of a cake. She has great customer service, and will work to create whatever you need. The cakes taste as good as they look. I have never been disappointed. She is hands down a 10/10 and a must try!

Arielle created the most beautiful cake for our wedding! Our experience was great from the start. We got to sample lots of flavors and everything was incredible. Once we landed on a decision she added in every detail I requested and executed it perfectly. Arielle also did a custom order of cupcakes for our wedding shower. The cake was delicious and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Arielle!!

Fabulous. Best cheese cakes, red velvet cake and cupcakes. Made wonderful petit fours for a baby shower. I recommend everyone to use them.

Arielle Pastry Works exceeded all my expectations! The communication was fantastic from the beginning till the end. The cake they made was exactly how I envisioned it—beautifully designed and perfect in every detail. The lemon raspberry flavor cake was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the event couldn't stop raving about how amazing it tasted. The team at Arielle Pastry Works is truly talented and a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be returning for future orders. Highly recommend!

Arielle is fantastic! We ordered our wedding cake here and it was exactly what we had envisioned. Her cakes are beautiful, mouth watering, and soft/moist. Great variety of flavors as well!
