I’ve been coming here for about 6–7 months, and this place makes me happy every single time. The drinks are always fresh, the boba is perfectly chewy, and the flavors are amazing, and the service matches that quality just as much. The employees are so friendly and kind they always explain everything, answer all my questions, and make me feel welcome with their fast and warm service. I genuinely love the boba and the service,which is why I highly recommend this place. It’s an easy 11/10 for me! 🧋💛

I came here so often almost 2-3 times a month for the past few years. The customer service is genuinely so terrible but I never really bothered because I tried to ignore it. The workers there aren’t so bad but the male owner is seriously so rude and arrogant I don’t ever want to come back because of him. When taking our order, I’ve brought a new friend to try out and while they were checking the menu, the owner was rolling his eyes and rushing it expecting us to order right now. There was no line behind us and the store was almost empty. On the way out I hit the door and dropped my drink, asked if they were able to remake it because it was almost full. I understand that it’s not their responsibility, but I believe that as a store owner you are losing lots of customers through this. The drink wasn’t even 5 dollars and he was telling us that this is none of his responsibility and his business. As a store owner, if you want to keep your clients you should not be acting like that, specially towards regular customers. I’m most definitely encouraging you to not come here. Terrible customer service.

The tea is phenomenal! I got a thai tea with classic boba, the tea itself was great and the boba was PERFECT! Too often I find boba that is either too mushy or too hard but theirs is perfect and nicely washed. Will definitely be coming back

What a great place. Not only do they seem to have just about all of the flavors of slushies, shakes, teas .... but they can also make them gluten free, sugar free (or low sugar), lactose free options ....
and do all of it with a smile.

Boba World is hands down my favorite spot for bubble tea! The flavors are always fresh and delicious, and their variety is amazing — from classic milk teas to fruity blends and unique specials. The staff are super friendly and always make the experience enjoyable. Plus, the drinks are perfectly sweetened and the tapioca pearls are always chewy and fresh. If you love boba or just want to try some awesome bubble tea, Boba World is the place to go!

I loved the little lounge area with sofas. Staff was very nice. They also had menus with pictures for those unfamiliar with Boba. Delicious drinks.

This place is a really popular date spot. there's two big couches and a few small tables, but on a sunday night the place can get crowded and if you wanted to cuddle on one of the couches it will probably be taken. the selection of beverages is really good and you're not gonna find a red bean, taro or matcha smoothie anywhere else around. there's two big screen tvs but also pop music playing at the same time. free wifi, too, but it's kind of a quiet, intimate atmosphere. when ever I come, one of the staff is always nervously mopping and re-mopping the floor with ammonia.

Some of the best boba I’ve had in a while. Owner and staff are very welcoming and the menu options are vast. A lady came into the establishment trying to take a whole canister of napkins and the owner respectfully handled the situation and informed her that wasn’t allowed. The lady got wrongfully mad for no reason and was very disrespectful to the staff. The owner remained calm and didn’t stoop down to the woman’s level, this is just another reason I would recommend this place to anyone if they’re looking for some great boba. 10/10
