Bought bubble tea from here for $14. The bubble tea is separating and tastes so horrible. I called and politely asked if they could remake the drink as it taste very bad. The owner said “it’s your problem, we don’t do refunds and we don’t remake drinks”. He was very rude and the drinks here are TRASH. Please don’t waste your money on it. I feel sick from drinking it.

Asked if they could make a dairy free taro. They said yes. They rang it up as normal, I double checked it was dairy free, was assured it was. Spent all night puking afterwards. Some people have allergies and sensitivities, not being accurate and honest in the food industry is not only irresponsible, but dangerous. Do better.

I repeated my order about 5 times, then when I got my order it was wrong and they gaslighted me saying it was what I said. They insisted on remaking my drink and later came back with bad news saying they couldn't make it because they said the order was right. I am never coming here again, I was very disappointed. I come back from an 4 hour basketball practice and wanted to relax with my favorite boba, and ended up leaving with something I didn't want. I am going to tealatte instead.
