I had a code for an offer in the ap , and a lady in the drive thru said that the codes weren’t working right now. I drove off without my order. Don’t know why employees don’t know how to enter codes in the ap. Why do we even have aps then ???

I pull up and as usual has no customers and I know why I’ve been there several times the food is old and cold today I went with two specific burgers, a whopper and a double whopper with extra pickles and onions. Had to repeat my order three times at The speaker got to the window now I know why the four employees were laughing and having a good time. Got the food home both burgers were ice cold the bread was breaking apart no pickles no onions on either burger. I love Burger King, but this location is horrible

There aren't a lot of Burger King locations around here anymore, so I was excited to have this for lunch while passing through. I ordered at the drive thru, and most of my order was messed up. I ordered cheese fries/ cheese sticks and instead got chicken fries for my vegetarian kid. They forgot all of our fries, and my impossible burger was a regular meat hamburger. My husband went in to get the fries but we assumed the rest of the other was correct by just looking in the bag so, unfortunately by the time we got home and noticed things being incorrect, it was too far to travel 20 minutes back to get the correct food. This isn't at the fault of the restaurant, but the parking lot here is pretty wild. You have to be on high alert to not get hit or backed into by another customer or someone just speeding through the parking area.

We've been here about 3 times since we moved. The first couple of times were good but nothing to write about. This latest time however, they really wow'd us. I ordered my usual double cheeseburger and even after the 10 minutes it took me to get home, it was still HOT!! like burn your mouth hot. That is not a complaint, they really made our food fresh and even though service is a tad slower that what'd you get at Mcdonalds, the quality, even for their value items was above and beyond.
