They just hire anyone here now. I rarely do reviews, but they are so terrible and lazy here, I had to. No customer service, and the food has been just as bad as the service for months. Go to the Main St location for good customer service/food!

We ordered take out on Valentine’s Day for my boys and a sauce pack busted inside the bag. The sauce was everywhere and ruined the kids meal and experience. This is unacceptable. Throwing sauces in the bag or placing those nasty packets is a health hazard. We order all the time from this location but will have to go somewhere else if this doesn’t change.

Woman who works inside the drive thru to deliver the food is extremely rude. She either needs an attitude adjustment or put her in the kitchen.

My family and I stopped at this location to grab a quick bite and it was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a chick fil a. The customer service was ok, but definitely not as attentive and kind as the many others I’ve visited. The floors and tables were unswept and dirty. When we ordered our food, my sister told me she saw a bug around the register, and that alone disturbed me. I don’t know why I ignored it. My brother in law later found a hair in his salad but we decided to look past it because there were three of us there with our hair down, so we thought it really could be from anyone. The worst part of it all is that we decided to order a cookies and cream shake to go. As we were driving off, and I took a sip of it, I asked my sister if she thought it tasted funny to her. After a while I knew damn well that shake was made with SPOILED MILK. I called so many times wanting to warn them, but they never picked up. It was so nasty. I don’t know why I ignored all the red flags, but I never thought a chick fil a would ever do me wrong. Not to mention the manager looked so over it. Staying away from this location from here on out.

I understand every establishment has their off day(s) but this is unacceptable. And once I got to my destination I realized that they didn’t include any utensils for me to eat with. Great.
I ended up having to order breakfast from another restaurant that gave me an adult portioned sized meal. Oh and they gave me utensils.

I’ve visited this location several times and I don’t get the normal friendly Chick-fil-a service. I’ve walked inside of the McDonald’s in the same parking lot just to use the restroom and receive better service.

Tried to DoorDash from here and even after speaking to someone on the phone, they would not make my order and gave me the runaround for 2 hours even my dasher contacted support twice……then they stopped answering the phone
The young lady taking orders outside just so happened to slip over my car and start taking orders for the car behind me. It would be nice to be asked if I did place an online order etc but she didn’t even speak. So I ended having to place my order through the app in the drive through cause no one was the speaker box. This is a let down knowing how professional this location is.
