Took a multi-million mile detour here off the highway, and their closed. ON A FRIDAY? You guys are already closed on Sunday do your remodel projects then, seems pretty obvious not sure why you haven't thought of this.

Went to the drive up, when I got to the window I asked how many sauces came with my meal. The older woman at the window said only one because they were closed tomorrow she could only give me one per meal. I asked if could pay for more. She said no. I understand that may not have been in her control but I feel as though it should have been disclosed while ordering. Throughout the whole interaction the woman was very obviously irritated. The customer service chick fila is known for was completely lacking. She never said āmy pleasureā and had a very condescending tone. She was wearing a grey shirt so if she was in management that would be very disappointing. I got my food and was supposed to get one ranch and one chick fila sauce. There was no ranch. I looked for my receipt and didnāt see it. I asked her if I could get a copy and she argued that it was in the bag. It was not. Overall super disappointing trip. I work in customer service. I never expect anyone to be overtly nice to me but just not rude.

They just hire anyone here now. I rarely do reviews, but they are so terrible and lazy here, I had to. No customer service, and the food has been just as bad as the service for months. Go to the Main St location for good customer service/food!

We ordered take out on Valentineās Day for my boys and a sauce pack busted inside the bag. The sauce was everywhere and ruined the kids meal and experience. This is unacceptable. Throwing sauces in the bag or placing those nasty packets is a health hazard. We order all the time from this location but will have to go somewhere else if this doesnāt change.

Woman who works inside the drive thru to deliver the food is extremely rude. She either needs an attitude adjustment or put her in the kitchen.
My family and I stopped at this location to grab a quick bite and it was probably the worst experience Iāve had at a chick fil a. The customer service was ok, but definitely not as attentive and kind as the many others Iāve visited. The floors and tables were unswept and dirty. When we ordered our food, my sister told me she saw a bug around the register, and that alone disturbed me. I donāt know why I ignored it. My brother in law later found a hair in his salad but we decided to look past it because there were three of us there with our hair down, so we thought it really could be from anyone. The worst part of it all is that we decided to order a cookies and cream shake to go. As we were driving off, and I took a sip of it, I asked my sister if she thought it tasted funny to her. After a while I knew damn well that shake was made with SPOILED MILK. I called so many times wanting to warn them, but they never picked up. It was so nasty. I donāt know why I ignored all the red flags, but I never thought a chick fil a would ever do me wrong. Not to mention the manager looked so over it. Staying away from this location from here on out.

I understand every establishment has their off day(s) but this is unacceptable. And once I got to my destination I realized that they didnāt include any utensils for me to eat with. Great.
I ended up having to order breakfast from another restaurant that gave me an adult portioned sized meal. Oh and they gave me utensils.

Iāve visited this location several times and I donāt get the normal friendly Chick-fil-a service. Iāve walked inside of the McDonaldās in the same parking lot just to use the restroom and receive better service.
