I had a great experience at Chili’s Grill and Bar on S Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville. The Triple Dipper stood out right away. Everything arrived hot and fresh. The flavors hit perfectly. The appetizers were cooked well with a great balance of seasoning and texture. Each item tasted distinct and satisfying. The portion size felt generous and ideal for sharing or enjoying solo. It delivered real value for the price. The kitchen handled timing well. Food came out quickly without feeling rushed. Presentation looked clean and appetizing. Every bite stayed consistent from start to finish. The frozen drink machine was down during our visit. Staff communicated this clearly and early. We decided to order the Hennessy margarita instead. Great choice. It tasted smooth with a strong but balanced pour. The flavor profile felt well mixed and refreshing. No overpowering sweetness. It paired nicely with the food. Service stayed friendly and attentive throughout the visit. Our server checked in often and kept drinks refilled. The staff handled the equipment issue professionally and offered alternatives without hesitation. The restaurant felt clean and comfortable. Seating was organized and the atmosphere stayed relaxed. I usually get the same food each time I come to chili's, the triple Dipper with sliders, Southwest egg rolls and boneless chicken nuggets. The food is pretty much average, and it kind of has the experience of sitting a little too long before it is served. I only now know that the food is substandard because I visited another Chili's where everything was fresh and it was an amazing experience

Food was great. One of the better chili’s I have been to.
Just left the place at 8:55. Everything was going well until I asked for the molten lava cake and they said they couldn't make it because their boiler water wasnt working so we said that's fine. But while we were walking out we heard that some other customers were able to receive the molten lava cake but since we already paid we didnt bother asking. Wish I had the same answer 😕

I’m sitting here waiting, my waitress has not checked on me yet. It’s been 30 minutes and counting, she still has not checked on me. She has been passing back and forth by my table. It is not even many people here at all, no more than 5 parties or less. Dam shame, like what is going on that you can’t stop.
