We had such a great experience at this Chili’s, and a huge part of that was our server, Chrissy. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Super attentive without being overbearing, checked in on us regularly, and genuinely engaged with our table.
Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and Chrissy made sure everything was perfect the entire time. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly 10/10 customer service. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Shoutout to Chrissy for making our visit so enjoyable!

We waited 28 mins for our server to even come to our table. Then waited another 15 for our drinks by the time our food came I asked for to go boxes because I was super annoyed at this point .

I knew I should have ordered more ranch but this was all I got (minus the one very conservative dip I took before the photo since I realized I had to ration it). Why offer ranch at all at this point lol.

The manager was rude and had a attitude problem when I was asking if I could get something else because the food I had was not good and when the manager came I asked if they have changed the recipe for the chicken crispers their was no response. And having a sharp attitude and said no how are you doing and then asked again if how I was doing again. Then said well can I get something else for you and I said yes and I said I will take the mushroom burger and I said I assume it comes with fries and he snapped back and said no not necessarily you can pick something else and I didn’t know that. And went and got my food but I didn’t appreciate his harshness and his customer service towards me as a manager. I will not be returning.
