Todays experience was memorable! We came to Chipotle during my husbands lunch break. Andres was amazing as he prepared our order for my family. He was patient and let us take our time as we decided what to get for our 4 littles! Kids had a quesadilla, and steak tacos as my husband and I ordered the chicken bowls along with their refreshing agua Fresca! 😋 In photo our daughter doing the great reset photo! @ryantrahan🤣
The portion size was very small more cheese than rice and meat. The guy may have been new. The staff was very friendly but this was the first time I’ve seen a portion so small.

Can always depend on chipotle to mess up my order, either it’s cold and or the meat portion is ridiculous… this location sucks
Did not see that they had snuck in a drink and charged me for it when I had said I only wanted the bowl until I got home

I wasn't going to eat here in Lewisville Chipotle for months and before it was ok but one week I went and all the tables were dirty and there was a trash can in the kitchen Yesterday 03/01/25 I went again and there was no work left and there were 4 employees afternoon shift and the table where the kitchen and bar where they serve was super dirty and I told the manager he said that he had just arrived to work

Walked in to a dirty restaurant from the door window to the kitchen to the lobby. I had to wait for the five team members behind the counter to finally acknowledge I was standing in front of the hot and cold wells. I feel I could have walked through the kitchen and make my own burrito to the chipotle standards better then this Team did tonight. I had ordered two burritos to go. Asked for light rice which was fine, I have to do this because of the heaping scoops they put into the burritos. Paid $36 for my food to wait several minutes to be served. I couldn’t believe they had two customers sitting in the lobby. Considering that all of the tables were dirty. The fountain also severely under stocked and filthy. Not to mention a mop bucket just sitting in the lobby waiting for the right customer to slip and fall on it. Food was overly spicy and tasted like it sat in the hot well for hours. Playing music in the restaurant speakers and their JBL speaker was also a bad look.
Do better chipotle.
Update : the owner Scott asks all bad reviews to spend 15 more minutes on the broken feedback process that makes customers jump through hoops to just provide feedback on an underperforming restaurant.
I stop by today to get lunch got 2 bowls i have to said everything looks good so hard to decide, but the lady who is serving she needs to change her attitude was really bad i ask for her name but she decline it wich I respect it just good food but bad service make my meal taste bad on the end
She was waring a mask if the manger cares to fixed it. Never coming back here CAVA is doing it better now
Ordered a kids quesadilla for pick up. Received an abnormally small portion of rice compared to all the other times I’ve gotten this meal. Also very weird but there was avocado INSIDE my quesadilla! I guess the person making it never used their eyes? Makes no sense. Thankfully I’m not allergic because I couldn’t tell until after I took my first bite.

Not sure what's happening with this company but their policies are trickling down to the employees. The general manager of this location, who I have seen here forever, just quit! Other locations have the worst service lately I have ever received. There's no way to contact them on their website so I hope they see this! I'll be looking for other places to eat at and we eat here at least weekly.

Im not sure if Nuwan is still the GM here, but if he is he deserves a raise. I live down the street from the Corinth location but drive to this one because the Corinth location sucks and this one is consistently great
