I come to this chipotle often and they are never in any kind of rush to check anyone out with a empty line I’m just standing there for 5 mins before anyone says anything not impressed annoying

Wow wow wow! My daughter just loves this quesadilla! We have been to this location multiple times and they have been perfect without fail, just a few times where they lacked in giving extra of something when we asked. Today, she ordered the sour cream and stuttered, and I kid you not, THEY LAUGHED AT HER!!!! It was very disrespectful but otherwise love this place!

Definitely a below mediocre location. Poor service from the start. Look at how tiny the hurrito is still when i asked for more rice and cheese. Disgrace! $12 burrito that barely even fills you up, but a corporate ceo probably makes millions off of these decisions.

I'm obsessed with Chipotle! Their burritos are always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly to my liking. The service is quick and friendly, making it my go-to spot for a delicious meal!

I asked a question and the person didn't know the answer and didn't ask someone else for the answer.
People serving food also touched my food with someone else's.
Food was delicious here though.

I placed a mobile order and arrived early, since they are usually done sooner, especially with it being first thing after opening. I ended up waiting in the store for 25 min total. I walked in and I was told “it’ll just be a few minutes” After 15 minutes I had to ask for an update, and they said they still hadn’t started my order. They were short staffed and not able to open in time because of that, but the communication was disappointing. I should have not planned ahead and mobile ordered because at least four people who walked in after me were able to order and get their food before I did, and I probably would have left anyway if I didn’t already pay for my food. I reached out to customer service and all they offered me was a free soda.

First time visiting this chipotle location since I moved… Moe is the sweetest soul! He wasn’t overly fake friendly… it just naturally came from him. I can tell just from the few words we exchanged he is gentle, sweet soul. Give this man a raise!
