I usually take my food to go from here and Generally speaking I do not have a problem at this store but, this time I went with my family to dine in . They were not busy due the time we arrived for dinner. I wanted sweet tea for my drink and learned that the sweet tea was out. My wife went to tell one of the employees and the employee responded "OK". We were hungry so we took Coke and started eating food. After about 20 minutes or so, I went back for refill and again tried to get the sweet tea. The tea container was still empty. So I went back to the employee and ask if they could make sweet tea for me as that's what I like to drink with my food. The employee told me that they don't have sweet tea. And you will not make any more sweet tea. If I want I can take unsweet tea and add sugar to it myself to make it a sweet tea. It was approximately 6:00 p.m. and they had at least three more hours before they closed. I just couldn't believe that they did not want to make a drink even when they were not busy. So for this time my overall response is a four stars mainly because of the service I got from them and how they responded to my request of making a drink for me. Hopefully I will get better service next time.

This is the location I most frequent nowadays and is usually busy, but is well staffed, food consistency is good, and kept fairly clean. Only twice have I had horrible rice but it’s been more than a year since that happened. This location has improved and hope they can continue to improve and be consistent in food quality.

I came here today to get a bowl for me and my mother. I kid you not, it is as if they took a saltshaker and emptied it on the chicken. I can even taste the literal crunch from the salt in my food. I am the type of guy where I prefer a bit more salt than "normal", but this is inedible. Tried to call but the bot was useless. Just going to assume my money is gone in the trash with the food. I feel like 2 bites of this and I'm at my daily sodium limit. This is not healthy. Probably has some high schooler in the back who thinks he's funny or something.

The food is great, but they are very stingy with the meat. I asked for a double scoop and barely got the equivalent of one. If I’m paying extra, I expect to get what I paid for. It sometimes feels like they overthink the portion—just scoop the meat and serve it. Overall, the food is good, but they need to be more generous with their portions.

“I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle recently. I went in to redeem my rewards points for chips, but the staff member insisted I needed to pay with money instead of using my points. Despite my explanation, she continued to smile in a dismissive way, which came across as unprofessional and rude. This behavior left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a loyal customer. Chipotle, please address this issue and provide better training to ensure a more respectful and helpful experience for your customers.”

So the food was not good at all looks and the taste like it’s been sitting up for a while I’m vegan so I expect a little bit more than what I got and what I seen the services was okay a little more friendly and act like you want to be at work because there energy drained me and I’m a bubble person

This location is nice but their tables needed cleaned and the trash was full....probably was an extra busy time of day. The food was fresh and plentiful. I thought I would try the BBQ brisket. It was tender and flavorful. My favorite is still Barbacoa. I have tried them all and keep going back to Barbacoa.

I come to this Chipotle frequently and typically customer service is not an issue however the cashier BRANDON needs a little tune up. I told him I would be paying with a gift card and then proceeded to scan my virtual card and apparently he misheard me which is not the issue because mistakes happen, no big deal. However giving someone a repeated blank stare and not verbally using your words to answer a question when a customer is asking you something is distasteful and just flat out rude. Especially when you have customers like myself spending their money at an establishment that is keeping YOU a job. Overall I love this location but maybe Brandon needs to be a dishwasher until someone can schedule a side by side coaching with him on customer service etiquette

We have always had only good experiences here for both eating in and take out! The place is clean and they are generous with portions what more do people want? I am surprised to see that this place hasn’t great ratings. We come here quite often and it has always been good!?? So I would highly recommend it!

Manager is very rude, poor service and miss management. payment method is not working and on counter had to redo the order again online and paid online.

Maybe people have just gotten use to subpar service. Food is solid but customer service at this location is low quality.

And why does your google store hours say 11pm! I just went at 10:21pm and it was closed with someone mopping the floors!!!!!!
