I have to say this is the 3rd time I have been to Chipotle and it just doesn’t get any better. I wish I could say it does.. the people aren’t enthusiastic, the food is marginal and I just can’t go back..

Love me some Chipotle & the service here is great, but the brown and white rice are 4/5 times undercooked. Mine was on the verge of crunchy today.

About twenty minutes ago my partner and myself entered this restaurant. When ordering my bowl from the young lady at the counter, I was asked my choices of ingredients as usual, except for the meat. She immediately began to scoop the chicken while saying, “chicken right”. I said no steak. When it was time for payment, she looked at the cashier and said “steak”. They both shrugged and laughed, as if they were suprised by my choice. The only possible reason for this reaction, which I never lean on, is because I am a black man. My partner went inside to address the issue, and was pretty much laughed at. When I went inside I simply asked for a management card, while being met with eye rolls and more shrugs. There was a young go lady there who was very helpful in getting card information and seemed to be embarrassed on behalf of the staff. No fuss was made, nor a scene caused, however I am deeply upset at this situation.

I believe the managers name is Sophie. Extremely rude!!! The rice was undercooked, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, she responded with, “that’s how brown rice is.” I visit chipotle often and I know exactly how it should taste, so that response wasnt needed. When I requested a refund and asked them to check the rice, she rolled her eyes. They weren’t even willing to verify the issue, let alone provide good food or service. Very disappointing.

Employees are soooo cheap that even after paying close to $6 for a side of guacamole, they don’t even fill up the container properly and only fill up 3/4 of the container and say we can’t put more..
Employees think we are asking for free, but they don’t remember we paying for it..

We eat at this location all the time. Came in around 11:15. The staff today (specifically the lady building your meal and the man at the cash register) are PHENOMENAL. Like where have they been?! She even draws smiley faces on your burrito. So cute! Thank you for a great experience.

Placed a pick up order forgot to add lettuce so i say hi and asked if i could get lettuce. The lady (not the older latina but the other one today) slammed the lettuce on the glass so hard, any harder and the glass would’ve shattered. To the manager of this chipotle show your line people some manners. Ans to think i tipped on the app. Never agin.

Overall, really depends on who’s working on the day you walk in rice is pretty consistent but some of the meats get overcooked and dried out. Not a dealbreaker overall will continue stopping by to get my chipotle fix.

The manager Erica goes above and beyond at this location. She always makes sure we have enough food for our company events. Twice she has prepared a large amount of extra food for us on the spot and it is greatly appreciated. The whole team is amazing!

I'm honestly so upset right now. I had a LONG day. All I wanted was my chipotle. I also had a free double protein reward... so I placed my order on my account for a bowl using my double protein reward.... and I got someone else's order. I call Chipotle customer service and he said he could only give me a free entree reward but could not give me back my free double protein reward... also I paid a delivery fee. So not only do I not get my free protein reward back which is worth almost $6 but now I can't even reorder for delivery because I would have to pay another delivery fee. This really upsets me. It's not right that my double protein reward is just lost... and I shouldn't have to pay another delivery fee using my free entree seeing as that it's not my fault someone else's order was delivered.
I truly feel like in addition, I should be
refunded. This is a terrible experience.

[MUST READ] - 10/10 Location
Service is great every time I come in, everyone has a positive attitude and makes me feel welcome, and they are extremely good at what they do. The store is always incredibly clean, the food is always fresh, and the people keep you wanting to come back!
Andrew & Carlos help me often and they are great, but the crown jewel is a young lady named Madeline; whenever I see her there, I know I picked the right day/time to come in. She is always the sweetest, great smile, very personable, and the food even tastes better when she scoops it! I swear these guys are awesome, and they understand the intricacies of service, I love how they run the store, and that is coming from a guy who ran upscale restaurants.
Please take good care of this team as they are reason I continue to come back. There are many places to eat at, and many chipotles too, but this store and the people at it are the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer!
