The cashier staff working on 7/31/25 around 7 p.m. was so rude. After I paid, she put my bowl in the paper bag, put the bag on the counter, and slid it towards me as if she were throwing it at me. I have never seen such a rude employee in the service industry. I don't think this type of person is qualified to work in the service industry. And the manager, please give your employees proper and well-trained, this is the manager's responsibility as well, as your employees are decreasing the store's quality.

I just left this location the first guy starting the line was so rude. I was asking for more rice because the difference in the bowls I got was huge. He ran out of rice and didn’t add the correct portion on one of my bowls. When I asked if he could add more rice he rolled his eyes. The person behind me ordered steak and her portions was also a lot bigger than mine he gave me half a spoon due to him being upset at me. I didn’t want argue about that so I let it be. We’re paying customers atleast give us what we paid for! I expect FULL portions if I’m paying 35 for 2 bowls!!!

All employees should give out the same portions for everyone !

Service was great, all employees were nice and friendly. Food was great and they didn't serve less portions like other chipotle locations. A little too much AC but everything else was perfect.

Absolutely insane how I notified them a child predator was among their staff and they still have a job. For a company that employs teens the negligence, lack of urgency, and attention to the situation after details were provided is sickening. Don't let your kids work here management does not care about them.

First time I’ve gotten a bad order… hate to leave this but, finishing 7/8th of a burrito to get to the meat is ridiculous. Charging extra because its specialty yet giving me a thimble size its absurd.

Came here for lunch and even though the lunch rush was happening, the staff members were friendly and on top of everything. Mariya specifically stood out - she was personably, friendly, upbeat, and maintained a positive attitude despite how busy it was. We had a long order for our team and I appreciate all the patience she and the others had with us .
