We visited here recently and had a question about a coupon, so someone was called up to help us. The employee who came out was also the cook, and as he walked up, he started putting his hair into a ponytail right in front of us. It felt a little odd to see that right before helping a customer who would likely be ordering food.
What concerned me more was that after he went back to start our order, I never saw him wash his hands before handling anything. It may have happened out of sight, but from what I observed, it didn’t seem very sanitary.
Other than that, the visit was fine, but this part definitely stood out and made us a little uneasy.

Attended my niece’s birthday party and the party host really went above and beyond. The party coordinator Pamela is the best and not the first time either. I have been there before for my kids birthday party and she has always been super helpful, courteous and most important, extremely enthusiastic. Look forward to celebrating my kids next birthday here since they really make them feel special on their special day!

For the party we threw on Sunday at this location was a success! It was so fun for the little ones! I myself have never been to Chuck E Cheese ever until now. The crew staff were great at properly giving me info and help with my party. Pamela was AMAZING and so fun with the kids as she helped my party. Created the environment for the kids and was great with showing the kids dance moves! I enjoyed it and so did the kids! Book and be grateful to get Pamela at this location!!!! 🤩

Thoroughly enjoyed our granddaughter's 3rd birthday party at the Lewisville Chuck E Cheese. All areas were very clean. Party set-up was awesome. Our attendant, Pamela, was super phenomenal. Request her as your party attendant!

The jump house is useless, waste of space, small and not worth price.
They need to invest in more comfortable chairs because the paying adults are sitting there for several hours… just saying..
Overall the pizza is good and the staff is friendly.

We held our son’s 2nd birthday party celebration at this location. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. If you decide to host a party there, request Pamela to be your host. She was super attentive, kind, helpful, and always kept us informed of what was happening. I was extremely impressed that she managed several parties at once and never made us feel like we weren’t important or a priority. Thank you Pamela and CEC team!! We’ll be back soon!
