We celebrated my son's birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, and the customer service was outstanding. A special thank you to the wonderful lady who helped us set up—she took care of everything, making the celebration stress-free and enjoyable. The food was great, the prices were fair, and the kids had an absolute blast! We truly appreciate the effort of the entire team and will definitely be back for more fun. Highly recommend a joyful birthday celebration.

What I didn't like is the bounce house, that should be like the rest for the children to play with, not that they are taking it out because they don't pay for that, it's ugly.

Took my kiddo here 25 years ago for a birthday and they've kept up and held up to current day birthdays.

I haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid loved 30 years ago and a lot has changed.
No more jungle gyms and ball pits.
Everything is scaled down now with only games using the cards to calculate the tickets.
I came for my nephew’s birthday party and the hostess for Collin’s birthday was great. She was super engaging and energetic getting all the kids involved and letting them know what comes next.

People are nice and helpful. HOWEVER .... I included a pic of $3.99 fries. Fries are always soggy and kind of yuck here, but i just had craving, so I got them... Pic is exactly how they came, before any were taken. $4 for like 20-25 fries! Seriously??!!!
The salad bar was disgusting and way over priced. They have limited options and the pizza has always been trash. The games aren't that great at this location and the staff is rude

Stuff crust pizza is a must! The games are more for fun than tickets though.

It's been years since I've been to Chuck E. Cheese, and the experience was pretty fantastic! ? The manager was there and helped us out. I have a special-needs daughter and two special-needs grandchildren, and we went extremely early so that way, we could have our time with fewer people there. It was quite amazing, and they really accommodated us. It's really hard to find places that will do that when you have children with special needs. #AutismAwareness #InclusionMatters #FamilyFun

I haven't been to CEC since my kids were little. I took my grandbabies to this one and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and had plenty of games for kids to play. They've taken out a lot of the old stuff, like the ball pit, slide obstacle course and the CEC band but it was still entertaining enough. I'll take them again when they're a little older because 2 year olds are limited to what they can do in the new improved CEC atmosphere.
