This by far is the worst experience I have ever had at Church’s Chicken. I will never eat at this location ever again. I placed an online order and went to go pick it up. When I got to my car multiple items were missing. I went back in to get my missing items. One of them was my Spicy Chicken Sandwich. When I got back to work to eat my sandwich it looked molded and uneatable. Horrible display of their chicken sandwich. I’m surprised they would even serve that!

Well my husband visited this location today and bought a 5 piece meal... one of the pieces he was about to bite into had a rat dropping stuck to it which means it was cooked into the leg. He took the meal back and got a refund, l wish he would've taken a pic first... beware this store has rats. In order for the dropping to be cooked into the chicken leg it must have been in the grease!!! 🤢
