Happened to go there when two bus full of kids were in there. Crowded, but the service and food were great. No problem getting enough pizza.

Me and my boyfriend went to this cicis around 8 pm we were wanting to have a peaceful dinner but instead this worker their told us that we couldn't sit in certain areas and wanted to go home and didn't want to have to clean again...so me and my boyfriend sat down in a area were the others were..I got to eating my food and when I was getting my 5 plate I over heard the guy that was cleaning saying something in Spanish..keep in mind I'm a Mexican and speak 3 language English and Spanish and French..this guy that was cleaning said to his other coworker that he was glad that me and my boyfriend Didn't sit in the area he was cleaning because I eat like a pig..at that point I lost appetite..I'm a Mexican women and my boyfriend white...after this experience me and my boyfriend will not be coming back to this Cicis.

Last time we went here a few months ago a small roach crawled up onto a pizza on the buffet… haven’t been back since. It’s a shame, my kids love Cicis.

Don't waste your time; people can not be trusted. They can cancel the order at any time for no reason. You ordered your pizza and waited for a few minutes. Next thing you know, your order has been canceled.
