We came in a little bit before close so the buffet was understandably, a bit bare but thankfully Robert came in clutch and gave us an Alfredo pizza which I was looking forward to the whole night. To be honest this is probably one of the best experiences I've had at CiCi's. The team did a really good job on making the pizza fresh and delicious. Robert is one of the coolest dudes ever. It was near closing and he gave me and my friends a box of pizza to go. Best. CiCi's. Ever.

Absolutely terrible. The pizza was mostly stale, when "fresh" pizza was brought out, not only was there a poor selection but everything was also thin and greasy. I know this place isn't where you go for the best pizza. It's where you go for the all you can eat trash fest. I LOVE cicis! This was just the worst though.... I could t even get a tasty unhealthy dessert... The cinnamon rolls were stale and barely any glaze on them and the brownies were pure chalk... Do better...
