Poor customer service
food court is the second best thing about costco (some days its arguably the first) low prices. generous portions. fast workers. great menu. I am in love with this part of costco and would be lost without it <3

Kirkland Signature products- please Bring back individually wrapped paper towels rolls in the huge pack. I can’t donate a few packs to school Since they aren’t individually wrapped. No one wants 12 unwrapped paper towels Rolls! How do you store them? Whole bag doesn’t fit at top of pantry
I love grabbing some food here after a Costco run. The hot dog is a lost leader, so you know you're getting a deal.The pizzas are so much better here compared to back home (Canada). No wonder more people buy pizzas here than hot dogs.Surprisingly, I am not a fan of the chicken bake. Also, I'm surprised American Costcos still haven't brought in fries like we have in Canada (many, many years now).
Eating pizza for lunch yesterday at Costco in Lewisville and brought home the rest of the pizza for lunch today

A minor inconvenience / design flaw! The coffee grinders at Costco do not hold 3 pounds of coffee in the hopper! So I lost 1/4 lb. Plus, the bags are too tall to fit below the ground coffee chute!!
Had to wait 40 minutes for a box of pizza due to two main reasons. 1. Somehow missed my order completely 2. When it finally came out they never called out my number and I had to wait even longer than necessary. Costco needs to have more employees working there than poor lady (Tylier) who was holding up the fort on her own.
Exiting Costco is quick and easy. Like that vending machine for bottled water is only 25 cents!
I love their pizza.
