When doing other errands in area we shop here otherwise the stores in Plano and Frisco as closer to home. Great store like all the others. Quick stop sort of for gas only like everyone else Sat night. Lots of customers. Update for prior review in coming from east on Sam Rayburn (Hwy 121) toll road take the Lake Vista exit and drive north about a block in between two hotels to get to Costco parking lot. If driving on I35 north or south or coming from the Bush Toll road its a bit involved so check your GPS/Google maps for help.

Very bad customer service. Had my credit card info stolen at Costco and had to cancel my Costco issued Citi Bank card. As a result my membership was also cancelled. Why was I not notified of their policy. Had trouble at the register and was told I had to go see customer service . I think Costco does not care about their customers.

I love grabbing some food here after a Costco run. The hot dog is a lost leader, so you know you're getting a deal.The pizzas are so much better here compared to back home (Canada). No wonder more people buy pizzas here than hot dogs.Surprisingly, I am not a fan of the chicken bake. Also, I'm surprised American Costcos still haven't brought in fries like we have in Canada (many, many years now).

While we love the food here, the variety, and the holiday options and would otherwise give the 121 Lewisville location 5 stars...the solicitors inside have GOT TO GO!! Everyone we talk to has to duck and dodge to get past them. It used to be one set but this week we counted 5 different stations where they jump in your path to bother u. Costco may never sell jewelry again bc we all avoid that main path. And why is it ok to allow them to harass customers? My membership fee should grant me freedom from what feels like dressed up panhandling. And I tried to send the message directly to Costco instead of this post, but the Feedback option was too weary of a process.

Great store, but I really don't understand why they still don't have ice for drinks at their deli! Been this way for awhile. It's 100+ degrees outside!!!

Costco in Lewisville, Texas offers an exceptional shopping experience. The store is well-organized and spacious, allowing easy navigation. Their wide selection of products, from groceries to electronics, is impressive. The quality of their items is consistently high, and their prices are competitive. The staff members are friendly and helpful, making the overall shopping experience pleasant. The pizza at the Costco is very delicious and affordable. Parking is ample, but still not enough for the large crowd in the area! I would advice avoid going in weekends ! The gas stations are normally overcrowded too, I usually do gas between 8.30-9 since there is lot less cars!

May2023: 4 : I have come by this store on several occasions to pick up items that I needed for the family. The parking lot is always filled with vehicles as well as the store. There are several entrances and exits to this specific store location from the freeway adjacent to the entrance. There are many handicap parking spaces available adjacent to the front door. The parking lot is large enough for large vehicles to maneuver through the area, but I would suggest staying on the outside lanes as to allow yourself extra space to move through the lot. The store is set up pretty well as far as movement into the store and around to the left past the meat, fish and cold storage. This location always has a decent selection of cooked chickens that fill up the container they're sold. This location always has well stocked shelves. This location seems to have an issue with workers on the floor, but the worker I encounter today at the cash register was great. She was knowledgeable, capable and efficient. I was able to get through the line quickly without any issues. I did stop by to get a strawberry sundae on my way out. It was an interesting thing that I noticed. He took one scoop of strawberry and smeared it over the container and then filled it with ice cream without adding any additional strawberry syrup. Hmmmmmm...? I was a little bit irritated that I had to pay 95 cents extra over the price of regular ice cream, which is exactly what I got for 2.99 instead of $2 Aug2020: 2 : Two years since my last update. I came by here today to purchase a few items for my spouse and found the same situations that gave rise to the three star review. I did stop by the in-store food court and found that the new acai bowl that they featured is not worth the $4.99 they asked as it was less than adequate in taste and product. The worker filled my bowl with bitter tasting blueberries to try and reduce the amount of frozen acai in the cup. Bad decision when customers are watching. Aug2019: There's a lot of people here and no ten items or less line!!. I have three items and everyone around me has a full cart of stuff. On the way out of the store today, the Checker didn't bother to greet me look up or even acknowledge my departure from the store.
10/27/22- Thursday Parking lot is pretty big. Both inside and outside are clean. Lots of option to buy products

Love that they carry top brands and healthy foods in bulk especially for those of us who need to eat gluten free! They make healthy eating easy and offer a healthy selection for pets too which makes my grocery runs fewer and conveniently located at one location since I stop for my gas before leaving.

I like the Kay out if this location. All cashiers are very friendly funny and fast, which is a plus. Not all stores have that. Today's finds were Mary gold plants! They are $11.00 and they are large and beautiful, and perfect for El Día De Los Muertos altars. This is a great deal so I stocked up on 20 of these!
