Never order delivery from here. Countless times they forgot our sides or additional soups or other items. But today I’ve just about had it, I ordered from Uber eats and they forgot my soup and my casserole. My roommate placed the pickup order through Uber eats and they messed it up. I usually place the order from my account so atleast I don’t have to deal with the refund process myself. But stay away from this location, the workers obviously do not care about takeaway or delivery orders.

The food is great! Wonderful customer service from staff. This was my first visit to this location.Parking: In a shopping center complex. There is an area adjacent to the east side of restaurant that's great to park if you're picking up to go.

Outrageous prices for an entree the size of an appetizer. We used Uber eats and I ordered the Chicken and Dumplings which comes with two sides for $15. The amount of chicken and dumplings I got was nothing more than a large side (see pictures below) and it wasn’t even filled to the top. Taste was ok but very little chicken or dumplings in the container, it was mostly broth. This was my first and last time to EVER give this chain my money. They should be ashamed of the size of their chicken and dumplings entree.

I went here for the first time with my Girlfriend today, and It was great! some fast and great service, and the food was really good! don’t forget to ask for the cinnamon butter.. And shoutout to my waiter Doninic - he is the reason I am leaving this review.
Ordered 2 meals on their app and was a bit early. One of the staff brought the order to my car and when we got home the food was awesome and still warm! Definitely would recommend cotton patch for their awesome food at reasonable prices and an awesome staff!
