We have been coming to your restaurant for many years, and this has been the only time that our food was not made with the quality that it usually is. To start off, the food was cold and the pancakes were not well cooked. We had to send some of our items to get them warmed up in the microwave. We didn’t complain to the manager cause the waitress was very good to us, but we were very disappointed with this experience.

We were rushed by our server. Rolls and cornbread were given to us when we were almost done with our meal. We were asked numerous times if we needed anything else
Like she was in a hurry. There was no one else in there. I finally got tired of it and said we were done. She asked if we wanted a bag
For the rolls and I said yes but never asked if I wanted a box for my leftovers. She never can back with a bag so we left. My food was not good so I didn’t really care about taking it.
I probably will not return.
The cashier was very very rude. I don’t go out to dine to be treated with disrespect. If the employees are unhappy they need to find other jobs.

Thanksgiving morning I had their Turkey plate for breakfast! It was delicious and the amount of food was just right! Our waiter was terrific! We sat near the fireplace so we were nice and warm!

My god was the food bad. Sausage and ham had awful flavor. Eggs were fine but some were slimy and poorly cooked. The biscuits were just some run of the mill pre frozen junk.

The server handed the drinks out at the end of the table for everyone to pass down to their respective owners. Same with the coffee creamers and biscuits. Service was slow but it was the day after Thanksgiving so they were probably understaffed. The store was overpriced but that’s expected.

But the food quality really was the surprise. Just terrible. It’s like they microwaved a bunch of frozen junk and served it at $12 per plate. Avoid this garbage.

Would highly recommend Korner Cafe on Main Street in Lewisville. Far far superior food, quality, price, and service.

I order 24 plates to go and all of them were missing the cornbread and biscuits. Had a group of unhappy maintenance men eating turkey without bread.

Great comfort food, and service was prompt and friendly. There's an interesting store just as you enter the restaurant that sells all kinds of goodies most reminiscent of days gone by. I bought a pineapple motif gift for a friend there.

Addition: I picked up my Thanksgiving Holiday Feast. I'm excited to serve this on Thanksgiving Dinner for my family. I'm sure it won't disappoint.

It wasn’t good at all. Took a long time for drinks to arrive. Not given any napkins prior to food arriving. Half of our food was missing from our orders and we had to ask for it. The coffee was horrible. They didn’t have what my husband ordered available so manager came back and asked what else he might want about 30 mins into us sitting at the table already. So then we had to wait longer for the rest of the food since they waited so long to let us know they didn’t have it ready. They overcooked my steak; I asked for medium and it came super well done. We had to keep asking for refills instead of our waiter just checking on us periodically and making sure we had what we needed. The food overall is not good. I’m not sure why people like coming here. I came for a bday celebration otherwise I wouldn’t have come. I won’t be back no matter what the reason.

We arrived and the coffee was cold, the service was terrible, the manager couldn't resolve anything, they gave the wrong order, my family finished eating and my order was never delivered, the food was poorly prepared, I went home without eating anything because they never gave me my order

Ordered the Thursday special, 7pm and thre was no dressing available. Had to or some sliced tomatoes... UGH.
