If I could give zero I would, the manager (who I assume is Nate, just based off the other reviews I’ve read based off the same type of situation) is very rude and condescending. After getting my order wrong and giving the wrong concrete, he tried to tell me I ordered the wrong thing multiple times and tried to refuse to remake it. Very rude and condescending manager, recommend firing and replacing with someone nicer. I would understand if it was just me, but there have been other people that he has pissed off enough to write a review so I am sure there are more ppl that he is rude to on a daily basis that go unreported. Do better Culver’s!

We used the drive through. Amazing service and prompt timing getting food. The reason for such a low rating was the food itself. It didn't have much flavor and caused a sodium overload where our hearts were racing and bad headaches immediately afterwards.

Yes, this is a fast food chain, but there’s something special about each Culver’s I’ve visited. The food is fresh, delicious and reliable. The kids taking your order always seem to be bright and friendly, and in all my visits, maybe two (?) orders have ever had a forgotten item (usually a sauce). And seriously, their spicy chicken sandwich has to be the best. The level of spice is perfect, the chicken is always crispy and juicy and the toppings are perfect.

The manager I'm guessing with bald head extremely rude on fixing a problem with my order got extremely frustrated when I pointed out the food he was attempting to correct
was touching a cleaning towel head had next to it the food that is made me feel very uncomfortable being there told after that that he would give me my refund so that I can leave very unprofessional despite all of that I didn't say too much to the guy didn't want to make a scene let him refund me and quietly left and at least this location won't be coming back because of crappy service

I visited Culver’s The Colony on 09/03/2025 and experienced behavior that is utterly unacceptable for any customer-facing business.
Staff Behavior:
I initially spoke with Ms. Jackson, who refused to clearly provide her name despite repeated requests. She was evasive, dismissive, and unprofessional, creating a frustrating and hostile interaction.
Manager Interaction:

I then spoke with the manager, Nate, around 2:30 PM CST. He was visibly sweating, loud, confrontational, and openly disrespectful, saying things like, “Buddy, I’m not replacing nothing neither.” His behavior was threatening, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a leadership role.
Hygiene & Pest Concerns:
The store displayed serious cleanliness and sanitation issues, raising concerns about customer safety and health.

Culture, Leadership & Diversity Failures:
The interactions highlight systemic issues with leadership, training, and corporate culture. The staff’s behavior and the complete lack of professionalism by Nate suggest that immediate corrective action is necessary. The staff is not diverse, further highlighting a problematic culture at this location.

Recommendation / Call for Action:
This level of disrespect, hostility, and negligence is unacceptable. I strongly urge Culver’s corporate office to take immediate action, including a full investigation into both Nate and Ms. Jackson. Their behavior is unfit for their roles, and I recommend termination to uphold Culver’s standards for professionalism, safety, and inclusivity. Customers deserve a clean, respectful, and safe environment, and leadership must be held accountable.
