My entire order was wrong and they were super rude. I also asked to change my small lemonade to a large, I payed for it and then got a cup full of ice and like 3 sips of lemonade. I will never do Dunkin again

I stopped several times in the last week for breakfast via the drive-through, each time I have waited over 5-7 minutes to even be acknowledged. I understand that folks get busy and they may be understaffed, but a simple acknowledgment would suffice to keep the experience pleasant. Easiest thing they could have done is to simply acknowledge me and tell me they’d be right with me would have changed the entire experience. I will be taking my business else where.

Terrible customer service.
Waited 9 minutes until someone noticed me at the counter. It took 20 minutes to be given 3 small drinks which is ridiculous. Empty lobby so no excuse a few cars got helped yes but they were not busy at all
Overall they could do better I will most definitely not be returning and make sure who I know are aware

Late morning of 12/14 I Came in to pick up a mobile order, there were 4/5 door dashers waiting for orders as well.
None of their orders were ready, the girl at the front kept going to the back asking about the DoorDash orders and the two in the back a tall guy and a girl with pink or red hair could be heard talking horribly and cussing saying “you can tell them to wait and if they don’t like they can F’n leave” while the other says “if they want to stand there and stare at you I’ll F’n say something to them” and then the tall kid, I assume it was the manager on shift, comes around and locks the door and starts turning away everyone trying to come into the lobby, and yelling at the doordash drivers not to let the customers who were standing outside, in.
I’ve never seen a more trashy team ,It was so unprofessional.
(To note, not one of the dashers was rude or rushing, not one of them said anything they were all quietly standing there waiting)

Usually everything is fine here, but today the woman at the counter at 1:30 didn't add the required syrup to the coffee . When I requested more she stated (I put in enough , I know YOU PEOPLE like yours sweeter but that's what it comes with.) "You people" huh? Don't go to this location

I just left this Dunkin Donuts worse experience been coming here for seven days straight and today( Sat Nov 9th) was just bad. I ordered the cookie butter cold foam. ( I love this drink) Same drink I ordered the past 6 days I waited 20mins. The drink came out so nasty. The girl said she thought it was a latte added expresso then realized it was just the cold brew poured some out which she may hve poured some of the sweetner out, and preceeded to make the drink. They did not add any of the extra foam or brown suger. I asked them to remake the drink, they refused. Then gave me a separate cup with extra brown suger in it, Which i had to add myself. Will I be back, no!!! Please train on customer satisfaction. This was just unacceptable.

Didn't have lights in for starts and didn't have any choice of donuts either. Said they were too busy earlier in the day.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I have been to this location on several different occasions and my order is either under cooked or my Caramel Macchiato tastes like black coffee. I will never go back to that location.

ive always had a great experience at this location, i usually stop by early in the morning and the staff is always so friendly at 6 am! i am not a morning person but its always so nice to be welcomed by friendly staff! i normally catch chey at the drive in window! so kind!

I would love to give more details on the experience but after sitting at the drive through window for 8-10 minutes without so much as someone walking over to say hello I drove away. Easily the worst operated Dunkin I can say I’ve been to.

Wow! This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’, miss Renee runs a tight ship and takes customer service above and beyond, making this a really rewarding way to start your next adventure. Food and drinks came out remarkably fast, with no mistaken orders and smiles all around. Happy happy joy joy!
