I only go here because I’m around the area pretty often. I’ve probably ordered the egg and bacon, everything bagel sandwich about 10 times and I’ve never got the everything bagel. A couple times they’ve said they’re out and other times they just give me a regular bagel sandwich. This has happened almost 10 times. I hope corporate sees this and says something about it.

The girl that was working the drive thru this morning with all the scars on her arm was extremely rude for no reason and the coffee was terrible. Literally drove another 20 minutes and went to another Dunkin and was much better. Won’t be returning to this location. Do better!

I used to enjoy Dunkin and go at least twice a week, until about 2 years ago. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up.

I received a notification today to buy an item and get a free coffee for national coffee day. Why not!?! I get there and the app crashed, likely because it's being so widely used today.

I was told too bad and they had no way to comp my coffee. I would usually have just paid and say whatever, but I just cannot believe how little they cared about this issue as the lady at the window said it's been happening all morning.

What's the sense in advertising a promotion if you won't find a way to honor it. I will definitely be at any other coffee shop from this point on.

There was an email of a free cup of coffee with a purchase. I went to the Dunkin with my family, just have a fun to enjoy the free coffee offer. Of course, I would pay for food for about 30 dollars. The Dunkin refuse to accept the email offer to get few more dollars while they lost whole 30 dollar transaction because I and my family wanted to cancel and went to McDonald's next to the Dunkin. Whole bill at McDonald's is cheaper even with three cups of morning coffee.
And the most important thing is to accept you are wrong and politely say sorry to your customer.
I do not need your lecture on the course of HOW to ignoring your own company's email offer 1301 course.

I only gave one star because I had to. I stopped there this morning because I always go to Shipley's....wanted to change it up a bit ya know? Besides I've always loved DD. There are 6 employees behind the counter and not one asked me what I wanted or even acknowledged my presence. I even asked if anybody was going to take my order and still...NOTHING! One was training someone, 2 were at the drive thru (one working and one standing around) and the other two were just back there in the back. I was taken aback with the lack of service or even acknowledgement of my presence!! I left there super disappointed...and with no food!!! The whole situation took me out of my character and I said a few choice words as I walked out. Needless to say....Shipley's got my business this morning and will ALWAYS get my business!! You may wanna check up on ya peeps and reconsider who you have working for you. Customer service is the key to a successful business....but I'm sure you know that. No shade, no hate...just saying is all! Please disregard....this is for the one on Hebron in Carrollton. Sorry guys!!!

When i ordered online it asked me to join. In doing so it ordered my order twice. The coffee had add ons lile expresso. I asked if i could get an iced tea instead and she had to talk to her manager who didn't even bother coming over, just said no through her worker. When i asked to talk to her she just said no its not possible. Its just bad customer service for less than a dollar
No smile or anything. I usually go to McDonald's on my work commute and it was not like that. New customer and new member, but that was ridiculous. Please let Jessica know about customer service and retention. Just a disappointment.

Where should i start? First I would like to say Bridgette has been the most amazing person ever! I Came through the drive thru and she was so sweet professional carrying! i felt like I made a friend, she also made my day! In a world full of craziness Bridgette was AMAZING! Such a beautiful soul Dunkin you got the best employee please give her a raise! She has a very great demeanor! We need more people like you ❤️🫶
