Never make my drink right. Either they never put my expresso shots in my drink or the creamer. It's always so nasty inside like they never clean. I've had to clean off my own table.

I made a scheduled order on app for next morning and it charged my credit card and showed up on app. I arrived on time to pick up and they said they never received my order. I reordered as I needed them for an event and while I was waiting I saw 2 charges on my bank and dd app. I showed the manager. She said no refund I had to do thru app. I asked how because I could not figure it out. She said she didn't know. The app said to get a refund, ask to speak with a manager. I told her and showed her. She walked away. 2 of her young male staff attempted to help but they were unable to figure out how to refund on the app. At least they tried. The manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. Get a new manager! I was 45 min late to my meeting. I had to call my credit card to dispute because there is no working phone number for corporate to make a complaint. I've never used DD app or shopped there and I will be deleting the app and I will never again go to any DD especially not this location with a manager who doesn't know what to do to make customers happy. Good job to the 2 young men who tried to help.

Don't go to this location, just picked up my drink I ordered for pickup after getting food from salad and go, took a sip and my iced coffee with mocha is very obviously sweet tea with a shot of mocha. I don't even know if they sell sweet tea which is even more alarming. Will remember to get coffee from other location or salad and go in future to avoid this disgusting inconvenience.

She kept trying to tell me that I ordered something else when I know what I ordered. She was her intent to not listen what I was saying and kept telling me I didn't know what I had ordered. . That's the way she was talking. The rest of the crew has always been great. Except for her.

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! this place is poorly run. i sent my husband to pick up my order since i’m working from home and could not leave. he comes back with this as a cookie butter cold brew. he does not know what it looks like normally, so he didn’t ask the employees about it. this drink is garbage. they didn’t put any cold foam or cookie which is crazy cause it’s in the name! the coffee tasted horrible so it was a complete waste of money. ALSO, i placed the order at 10:19 AM and when my husband arrived at 10:33 AM, they barely started making it. this is not the first time this dunkin has messed up my order, but i wanted to try them out again as i know this happens sometimes but it’s ridiculous at this point; i’ve had more bad experiences at this place than good ones. i called twice to make them aware of my problem and they never answered. the workers are slow and could care less about making your things correctly. basically, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!

First and foremost, Gesus had great customer service. Dunkin would be remissed if they didn't give him a raise.I asked for a coffee with 1/3 of the serving of the flavoring, and they did it right. I don't think there's a button for 1/3 of a serving, so they had to remember the order. That's above and beyond.

Went thru the drive thru, ordered a toasted bagel and coffee. The bagel was burnt. I can’t believe they actually served it. Only reason I’m sure is because it was thru the drive thru. I wouldn’t normally post but they need to know! Disappointed then I tried to call and the phone just rings.

This is BS. No stars. Where's the meat Dunkin?! Not enough bacon. 2nd I asked for turkey sausage. 3rd don't care about meat, would of ate it but this is a lame excuse for a sandwich. Literally took two peace's of bacon on this big "A" sandwich the F wrong with y'all! I'm annoyed. (People/ the world) you have a job be grateful and do your job with some passion and care. Then crap this this won't happen. F THIS! I ain't eating this pathetic sandwich. Done. Never going back.
