I’m not sure his name, but the young man at the drive thru window this morning around 9:30AM was so pleasant! It is honestly very rare to find someone with just a kind, helpful demeanor especially in the food service industry and he was the exception. The food was delicious, coffee is so good and the service was great!

locations. So far this one in Flower Mound is my favorite.

I had the brunch for 2 and ordered online all I had to do was pick it up. Super smooth process, food was delicious and freshly made. I saw the bad reviews on this place and was surprised until I read them and saw it was just a bunch of entitled rich people complaining about anything. That’s a common trend in the Castle Hills Area so don’t let that dissuade you. Anyway, great breakfast food that feels healthy and well made. I will be coming back!

Just thought I’d share what an awesome experience we had at this Einsteins location in Castle Rock. As always the bagels are great but what really made our day was the amazing service we received from April and Michelle. Kudos young ladies. This level of service is seldom seen during these post Covid days. Thank you. We’ll be back!!

Food was good but bad service. Long wait time and they still messed up our order. Doggie bagel was literally hard as a rock, couldn’t even break it with my hands.

I had the pleasure of going through the drive-thru today and was absolutely impressed by the service I received! King at the window was incredibly friendly with a warm smile and bright personality! The food tasted great as well :)

I’m a vegetarian and even after telling them not to add the meat . The request was ignored! I usually have bagels but I believe this branch wasn’t worth a try.
