During my initial visit, the team seemed to be finding their rhythm, as things were a little disorganized. However, my most recent experience was outstanding. Finally Einstein bagels has become a part of The Colony family. Our community is very diverse and family oriented and Einstein is the prefect addition. The location is just perfect with easy access to the highway. But wait there’s a drive through and curbside pickup. What’s not to love about this new addition to our community. Additionally, many of the employees are high school students earning a buck, while gaining life skills.

All the times that I go phenomenal service always get treated with a warm smile and great attitude from Laura, food is always too darn good always order my usual Texas brisket with extra chipotle sauce and two packets of hot sauce with out a fail always get my order right. Every other person may complain about the wait but for me I do not mind it at all because I know even so in the end I’ll get my food, over all 5/5 for all service, food and atmosphere!
