Always great experience.. my husband and I have a new favorite server... Fernando.... OMG he needs to train all your other servers....he didn't even use a note pad.. he remembered our order and was fast with service. Had our drinks perfect refills were at our table before we had to call anyone for our drinks

Love this place everyone that's works here is super nice and my girlfriend and I love coming here!! The server was amazing and we will definitely be back the food was delicious and everything was perfect it was the best experience we've ever had at any restaurant we can't wait to be back !!! Luz is the best!!!!

Very satisfied with the food and service today much better . I had came came a couple months ago but had a bad experience with the service. I decided to give it another try but today our sever Sofia F was very nice and attentive I came with my other 4 friends and they were very happy to have such a good experience today. I am glad that there has been changes around here much much better.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD!!!!!! Waited over an hour for our food only for several entrees to come out wrong, and it gets worse. While most of our food was over cooked / old looking, one dish contained undercooked chicken! This place is a disaster! Our waitress was 400lbs, toothless and incompetent! Don't waste your time! I'm warning everyone I know! Stay away! This place is in the ghetto for a reason!

We had an absolutely amazing lunch here today! Their new hatch Chile Queso and hatch Chile enchiladas are so good! The staff was great and our food came out very quick. Our waitress was also very nice and checked on us frequently as did the manager. Will definitely be coming back to this location when I'm on this side of the city.

My wife and I had a great day at the place. Great staff and the GM is great. Pregnant and up working the bar, tables, and making us laugh. She is awesome. I will return for sure.

El Fenix is a great Mexican restaurant. They have a great team that is always friendly and professional. The food is consistently good

My husband loves the chimichonga because California doesn't do them right. The salsa is so good in the jar we order it to have it delivered it to California. Reasonably priced.

Ordered the El Fenix plate. The server said it had a beef enchilada but, when it came out to our table there were only cheese enchiladas. There server said there were some printing errors on the menu and offered to bring out one beef enchilada which was fine. She corrected her or the menus mistake. I'm not sure why but , we waited for our food for a extremely long time and they were not that busy. If the slow service continues they will loose business regardless of how well the food tastes.

Not fast food but authentic Mexican food served quickly. Wednesday enchilada specials are famous and satisfying! We bring my 92-year-old mother here several times a month.

Never been to an El Fenix before. We went in at 3pm for lunch, and waited at the front for over 10 minutes to be seated. When a host walked up to the front finally, she started checking people out before having us seated. She ended up checking out 4 different tables. These people had not even been waiting!! We left.

Don't plan to visit this place if you are in any hurry. We had a large party and called ahead to have lunch between tournament games. We were seated right away and salsa was already on the table. Everyone ordered either sodas or water. After 10 minutes, chips still had not been brought out nor were drinks. We even told our waitress when ordering we were limited on time. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon so the restaurant WAS NOT even busy. We went to the front to ask if someone could at least come get player orders so they could eat before needing to be back at fields and the three girls at the front didn't even acknowledge someone standing in front of them! Horrible! Don't even waste your time.

Food was good. Service was the issue. Staff was polite but slow. Hostess tried to seat us at a table that still had a used drink glass on it. Then tried to explain it was from the bar but table was clean. Then we waited 10 to 15 minutes before our waitress came to ask for our drink or appetizer order. After that she was very timely and curteous. When we went up front to check out we again had to wait as no one was at the front. Even after going to the back and trying to get someone, we continued to wait another 5 minutes before anyone came. Another customer was at the front before us waiting even longer.
