While this place used to be our favorite, last week was a horrible experience. Called in a order for a dozen fat japs and 2 loaded baked potatoes for pick up at noon.. they said the potatoes weren't gonna be ready at the time so my husband just ordered the dozen japs at 26 /27 dollars.. We'll we know the restaurant changed owners and that was the beginning of the end for us..The fat japs had a sour taste like the bacon was spoiled or something.. there was hardly any cream cheese in them but it wouldn't of mattered they tasted wrong!! What a waste of almost 30 bucks!! We won't be returning!! Miss the old owners abd quality of food!!!

Absolutely incredible. Awesome brisket, flavorful Jalapeno cheese sausage, awesome jalapeño poppers, really tasty barbecue sauce. Great potato salad only thing that I wasn’t a huge fan of the mac & cheese because it was kind of watery, but it still had great flavor.

I have been here multiple times over the years for lunch. Food has always been good. This was rhe first time I came here since it was sold to new owners. The old owners were alot friendlier when you came in. The barbecue sandwich seemed like it had less meat than normal. Sides were good. I will be back.

I came through today and ordered two meals — a 2-meat plate and a 3-meat plate. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 13 years and have always ordered the shredded chicken. Instead of the shredded chicken breast I’ve gotten for over a decade, I was given a leg quarter — which is absolutely not the same thing. If the menu has changed, that should be clearly stated so long-time customers aren’t blindsided. To make it worse, none of the food was hot, and the chicken on both plates was clearly not freshly made. The mac and cheese was watered down, my pinto beans had stringy, worm-looking pieces in them, and the green beans tasted like nothing but water with bacon. This was extremely disappointing, and based on today’s experience, I honestly can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon.

A terrible disappointment, been visiting this establishment for 10 years and recently it changed hand, new owners and how things went downhill fast, we went a few weeks back and noticed then something different, the barbeque had a different taste, overall different, but decided to give it another try today, me and my business college both had ribs and they were disgusting, undercooked and tough, in the past 10 years never once had ribs that did not fallen off the bone and never ever saw fat left on the ribs when served, the previous owner would go around the tables to make sure his guests were happy, no one made any effort to see if everything was okay. We have friends who like us have been regular dinners for many years and they said they were finished after just one visit; we wanted to give them a second chance but never again, we wish we had gone to Subway.

When we lived in Lewisville this BBQ was our absolute favorite! My wife particularly loved the pulled chicken. We moved further away outside the metroplex, but still try to come back every so often, sometimes just for the BBQ! My favorite is their brisket and fat japs!
Amazing experience! The atmosphere was super calm and clean inside and the food was incredibly delicious. The pulled pork and the barbecue sauce was so good. The service was amazing. We came after a rush so a lot of stuff was out and they offered fresh rolls and cookies. Great place
