Firehouse Subs Lewisville

I don’t usually do reviews. However, the lady greeted me at the register and looked like she had it all under control and confirmed everything I didn’t want on it (Tomatoes) which the person had a food allergy to them so the sandwich was ruined. She even said that she would throw on the side a packet of their sauce that I just had to try with one of my sandwiches.

I donated to the charity they have as well just to top it off.

Literally everything I asked for wasn’t on it and everything I didn’t ask for was on it. Nor was there a side packet of sauce. The oil & vinegar cap was loose and got everywhere. Complete waste of time and money. Train your staff better or find a new grind.

This location on more than one occasion has locked its doors before closing time.

Ordered from Grub-Hub. Our order was incorrect even the receipt showed exactly what we wanted on
the subs. The location (at least according to Maps and Waze) was totally inaccurate. The address was listed as being on Stemmons Hwy., but in actuality, it was on Round Grove, about a quarter of a mile from Stemmons.

It's really a shame it was my favorite place but what bad service there is a boy who really should be removed from his position he treated me in a very bad way I don't know if it's because I'm Hispanic but I felt like I was in an act of racism in that place

Great food and good deals sometimes but the workers are obnoxious with their loud Spanish speaking to each other - this isn’t Spain or Mexico!

Edit: I’ve gone here twice since I’ve gotten good deals on the app and it’s really good food, but each of those times I’ve gotten a pickle when in my order and on the receipt it says “NO PICKLE”! Not only is that a waste of a pickle since I won’t eat it but it makes my experience smell like a pickle when I don’t want it to.
