Let me start by saying this location isn’t usually bad. They’ve got my order right multiple times but lately they have been leaving ingredients off of my sandwiches and it’s a huge inconvenience for the prices here. I reached out to Vance Reynolds, who I’m assuming is the manager and he offered me free chips and a drink as compensation for my sandwiches being incorrect. I just don’t think this is acceptable. Chips and a drink were never the problem, I never get a drink. I just wanted to be compensated for my time and the inconvenience that was caused multiple times. A solution that had something to do with the main issue, which was the sandwich. But it just didn’t happen. When I asked him about it in the store he was very rude and dismissive saying, “you don’t have to take it”. So this will be my last time eating at this establishment. Prices are too high for the service to be this I’ll mannered.

Great tasting fresh subs! This is a great place to eat! Friendly staff, fast service! Bread is fresh and tasty! Loaded with plenty of meat and cheese! No Avocado under toppings ☹️

I got the biggest sandwhich they have & im still hungry! 2stars because I spent $20 bucks on a sandwich that does NOT come with chips or a drink. This is a corporate issue. the veggies was sliced so stingy that I hardly knew they where there. If your gonna charge $20 for a single sandwich no drink or chips included , the sandwich has to be flawless & delicious & they missed the mark! service was friendly & def. 5 star to be fair. the $20 sandwich was too small not to come with chips or a drink. Ive def. had better for the price & it came with chips & a drink. Just not really worth visiting again. All them bucks NO BANK!

By far the best customer service I have received in a while. The staff was friendly and had smiles on their faces. Happy to serve customers as they walked in. The service was quick and my food tasted amazing. This location is a ways away from where I live but next time I'm in the area I will surely stop in and order more.

Don’t go to this location!!! Manager is so rude and awful. Forgot my drinks and when I showed her the receipt she argued with me and said I couldn’t have what I paid for because it was not in her system even after I showed her the receipt. She accused me of trying to steal the drinks. Firehouse get a better manager!! Incredibly rude and 0 customer service.

This is one of the best firehouse subs! The staff is always so friendly, the manager knows me by my first name and greets me everytime!! They get my sandwiches right (nearly) everytime but they have always offered to make me another if anything is incorrect. I prefer this location over any sandwich shop in general
