Everytime i come to this Five guys it’s always opening late or closed because of some type of problem.. At this point they need to closed down for good.

First time in one of these. Didn't know what to order, team member named Brandy helped me out. She walked me through the menu, made suggestions and was overall very polite. You have a good team member, suggestion from a customer, keep people like her on your staff.

Been to millions of burger places and this one is feeling old. Burgers had little taste and for 8$ I expect more fries. Gone are the good old days of Five Guys. There are way better burger places for this price. Bought a meal for myself and left paying $22. Never again Five Guys!!!
Terrible experience. The service was awful, the burgers were disappointing, the restaurant was dirty, and the prices were ridiculously high compared to better options nearby. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

Well this was my first time at this burger spot and unfortunately I wasn't really impressed the place was dry the customer service was as well and the food was pricey a regular cheeseburger & lg fries. Seem like a kids meal size Burger. Paid 18 dollars seriously are we paying for the peanuts that we get for free which is not really free if you think about what you're paying in a simple meal. Highly disappointed. And ask for The taste the patties were small and really I still had to add flavor

At 8p they weren’t making any more shakes, they started putting up chairs around me, the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them and the burger didn’t have any flavor. I remember now why I don’t eat there.
