Ms SQ is so polite, friendly and hard working. I remember Five Guys from when the brothers opened their little burger stands. Ms SQ epitomizes their commitment to service. This location is my favorite burger and fry!!!

Five Guys has always been my go to for a good burger. Not anymore. I ordered a burger with mustard and it said mustyon the order ticket but it had ketchup on it. I took it back to the store although it was exchanged but I should have been compensated. I was never offended compensation. The new burger had so much mustard on it it was not edible, the bun was not grilled it was horrible.

This has to be by far the worse location ive ever been to. The food just sucked. I was served old cold frys and my burger we just awful and cold. I love 5 guys! But this location just isnt it, obviously by the other reviews its a common problem here

Typically at five guys, your fries are overloading the cup and there are a ton of fries in your bag. Today I can count on one hand how many bag fries I have. If I’m paying damn near $30 for a meal I expect a decent amount of bag fries. Typically this is never an issue but it has become more frequent

The other reviews are correct, this location gives a disappointing amount of fries and often they are not cooked properly. EVERY other location I have ever gone to always completely fills the cup up with fries and then gives you extra on top of that. This store doesn’t even fill your cup up all the way. Our order today, the fries weren’t even cooked all the way. The burgers were fine. The staff was friendly and welcoming. But Five Guys customers expect a portion of fries given the price point. It’s almost like the franchise owner has specifically instructed their staff to under portion just to save on costs. I recommend Five Guys to people but advise them to avoid this location in particular.
