Every time I come to this location after 7pm they always tell me they don’t have roasted chicken and the wait is over 25 mins. Almost like they make up that wait time because they know no one is going to want to wait 25 mins for chicken. Like why not just already have the food prepared that you’re mainly popular for!! Then I ordered a 6pc tender combo and they only gave me 5!!

The lady working there around 12:30 today was very polite never had an experience like that ever at a fast food restaurant wish I knew her name but she was working at the drive thru. Food was also very delicious

Hours after eating my wicked wings I felt nauseous. Around 3am I woke up from my sleep having to throw up! I got food poisoning and had to miss three days of school. I missed my SAT test, important assignments, and was really behind on work in all classes. If you do decide to eat here, I don’t recommend getting the wicked wings.

It's okay in a pinch with a coupon but they'll likely mess up your order, I get home to realize no sauces were included, and all the wings were one flavor instead of the half and half I ordered

Took my Dad to eat at Golden chick and it was the best desion I could of made. The service was great and the workers where even better. Especially the Lady Lucia she was the nicest ever, she was Helpful made me feel welcome thank you will defanally come back and reffer some friend
P.s When the lady found out about my dad being blind she asked one of the employees to serve my dad the drink and take food to the tabel

I went on Monday, after 3pm and I was helped by a women named Lucia and I got great costumer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

terrible experience, the so called “ manger “ LUCIAAAAAA was upset because she couldn’t hear me order my food ?? 😂😂 we pull up to the window and asks me “ who was yelling “ i said i was why and she immediately got offended and started to get in her feelings saying in order for me to order my food i had to be in the driver side ?? that’s ridiculous i then she continued to ask me if i still wanted my food i said yes and she then continues to insult me so i continue to ask for the manger she said she is and i told her that her that her behavior was ridiculous like girl just charge me for my food and call it a day 😂, how are you pushing 50 and arguing with a teenager?
