These dummies can’t follow a simple order. How do you forget to put fries with it. I’m never coming back to this location again. All the bad reviews about this location are true take them at there word and turn around.

Tenders are getting worse, can't describe it. Way too much ice in the drinks. After 2 sips the drink is gone. Charging way too much for sauce, c'mon this ain't no luxury sauce just give us an extra one if we ask.

Man..bro ive been coming here since 2022..this store NEVER misses. Came here today in 2025 and the owner remembered me. This location is the best golden chick I've been too quality wise and just overall. Good job y’all!!

On my last trip, and I mean my last trip to this location. Paid for receipt for one thing. Arrived home was less than what I paid for. Which is an honest mistake. The problem is the service. Voice-mail is still full now 3 days later. Calls go straight to voice mail whose idea was that.
Our granddaughter wanted to have her 6th birthday dinner here, so we all went. The owner was very kind and welcoming, as was his whole team. Our food was delicious, I had the roasted chicken and a salad, super tasty. I indulged in 1 of the dinner rolls also, those are dangerously yummy 😋 Our grand loves their fries with the seasoning salt, i even added it to my salad to give the ranch a kick, tasty 😋 The owner gave our granddaughter her very own mini Nothing Bundt Cake. Her smile from his generosity was so sweet. A great time made very special by the Golden Chick team :)

This location consistently under-seasons the spicy chicken tenders. One side of the tender will have barely any spicy seasoning, and the other side is completely naked and bland, like they could even be bothered to thoroughly season it. I do like Golden Chick and I come to this store regularly and just know to ask for extra Spicy Zing packets for my chicken so I can season it myself. Tonight was such a letdown. I came through 30 minutes before close, and as a fellow fast-food service worker I understand that can be really annoying, but after getting off of my own shift I was really hungry and nowhere else sounded appealing to me. Guy at the order-box/window was so rude. He kept interrupting me and rushing me through my order. He didn’t say a word to me or even greet me when I got to the window, just stared at me with his hand held out for my card. Kept giving me fake half-smiles like he was annoyed I was even there. I was very respectful and again, understanding that it was almost closing time for them, but I got treated like I was the a-hole for even bothering to come through. I feel like the treatment I received was so sad. Worst service by far tonight, and they didn’t give me the extra gravy OR the extra spicy packets for my chicken. This is what my chicken looks like. Extremely dissatisfied tonight. I hope things look up because I really do like Golden Chick.
