Food was awful. It was cold. I ordered the four piece spicy tender combo with jalepeno poppers. The only One Item that was warm were the poppers. The fries and tenders were cold. The gravy was cold. I was at work since 5 am/had been up since 3 20 am of course and by the time I drove back from Dallas to get food, It had been my only meal all day as I assisted with five surgeries. Waited in the drive through for twelve minutes to be served a cold meal! I called to let them know and I get told well I don't know how that happened! Really??! I don't know either but I will not be back Especially after vomiting three hours after eating.! I'm glad I was off the next day. I had a headache too

The service is terrible she rushed me so she could get back on her personnel phone I ask for churros and she said I got you a combo said ok but I want order of churros she grunted and got back on her phone so I said guess I don't need them and when I went to pick up my order she said it wasn't mine and I was the only one in there you are loosing customers cause of her I was there at 10-14-24 @ 11:24

I placed an order on the app and it was canceled with no explanation. I've tried contacting GC about the issue and have been ignored. Doesn't make me want to order again that's for sure. I even called the store after it got canceled and was told to call Doordash about... I didn't order it through doordash, it was the GC app. Get it together.

AR is ALWAYS so kind. I pass by 4 other Golden chicks and will ALWAYS come here. The staff knows my Wednesday order when I walk in the door. I NEVER mind waiting for my 24ct wicked wings. Customer service an 11/10 for me.
The food is really good but the lady in front desk is terrible. Bad mood all time. I think is a family owner but this lady put the business down away. Really bad customer service. And another think. Coke Zero is out of stock and don’t have any option. I’m drink water. I’m never come back for this location.

This location is so hit and miss. One day the food is fresh and next time they’re messing up orders and flat out not paying attention when orders are being placed. Totally messed up my order despite my confirmation from the people at the window when nobody else was in line!

Nowadays it is very rare for me to say this about fast food restaurants and especially the workforce today, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service here. It is a lot less common but I am glad to say that I actually received great customer service here and the food was actually hot and fresh, shout out to the crew that was just working a few minutes ago because they did a great job! I appreciate that very much. :)

Love me some Golden Chick!! There dinner rolls are soooo good!!
Chicken quality not to my expectations. Most of the time too dry. My main issue is that they always messed up my order and had to go back numerous times to get it corrected. They made the correction without a sincere apology and on one occasion put the chicken that I had returned back into the serving pile. Was so happy when their competition reopened up the street.
I gave them one more chance and they failed. Took an incorrect order back for them to remedy. They took the chicken from me and placed it back into the ready to serve basket. I don’t think that the health department would approve.
