Nice service but order the southwest rice and well I don't know what it was didnt eat it but everything else was pretty good

Their chicken nuggets are smaller than chik fila with extra breading. It tastes like your chewing a sliver of chicken nugget instead of an actual nugget. They did replace my order after complaint but it was not much different. I use to eat at this place all time. However since this is the second order mess up I wont be back with my business.

Food was cold. The ladie at the window will Collect your money then go and deal with the food inwhich is cross contamination. I immediately asked for the manager. He didn't apologize she didn't change her gloves in between process. I think when you're doing drive-through and you dealing with money you should only deal with the money and that money and the food with the same gloves on. Gross

Food just didn't taste good. Biscuit had a after taste. I got the deluxe steak biscuit and go a lecture about how gravy does not come with my combo. Every Grandy's I have ever been to gives gravy with a this breakfast whether I ask for it or not. Sorry chick, the gravy or food was not Grandy's regular standards

Every time I order my usual, double Chicken Fried Chicken Brown Gravy on the side, I get Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy on everything. I Had to drive back one time, the last time I checked before, & the order was wrong.

Was not impressed.. Had to wait 8 minutes for 3pc wing meal and when I got home found only two wings and a breast piece ?. I also requested mashed potatoes with brown gravy and it was not the right gravy. Second time going here..probably my last.
It's Grandy's! You get what you expect; a good southern style meal and cooking. The breakfast buffet is decent and worth the trip.

Great meals I am sorry ro see people not going there like they did, when the first opened. Very economical chicken dinners. Their cinnamon rolls are awesome. I sure do miss their chicken gizzards.

Wow dude. Really? No gravy??? No gravy that I asked for on my country fried steak? Just a dry steak & mashed potatoes meal?! The GRAVY is what makes the meal. Wow...thanks drive-thru employee..so disappointed. Oh, and the apple pie bites were awful. Overcooked and tasted like fryer grease.

Every time I go home to Texas I stop at grandys. It's the only time I eat out and it really does taste homemade. However, the gravy was runny tonite so I left off 1 star. Normally I'd give it 5 stars.
