Stopped by for lunch on National Sandwich Day..so glad we did ! The Tavern Club was delicious,and the slider samples we tasted were very good..We will be back for the biscuit one. However, it was the customer service by Ms Kristy and Anthony that did it for me. She was soo friendly,welcoming and courteous! Anthony made a great sandwich with a smile on his face. Thank you both for being a great representation of this establishment. You will have a repeat customer in me.

PROs: Work ordered lunch. 24 hour notice for orders. Friendly customer service! Everything was boxed and individually labeled with names and on time.CONs: Unable to finish Cobb Salad. Too heavy with fried onions, bacon bits, cheese, croutons, tomatoes & it spilled over. I had to remove the heaviness and deconstruct the salad.

Decided to make an Easter brunch before everyone had to leave for work. I didn't have a lot of prep time so Honey Baked Ham Company to the rescue. Thanks to the them there I purchased a small spiral no bone honey baked ham. It was just perfect size, center stage on the table with all the veggie dishes I made. It always tastes great. Leftovers made the best sandwiches. They also make sandwiches to go there plus have catering options for your whole meal. ?

We purched a Ham for Easter. It was burnt. I wish I had inspected it before I left the store or as soon as I got home. They did refund my cost, but really that didn't "save" the dinner. It's generally a great product. First time I have ever had an issue. But from here on I'll be unwrapping it in the store to confirm it's as it should be.

we got the ham and a bunch of sides for our holiday dinner. Everyone was happy and the heat up and clean up was so easy! Customer service was just o.k. For some reason the machine couldn't read our gift card so we were told to not use gift cards.... no other solution was offered. However we used the gift card at another store later that day with no issues. Not sure if it was training or equipment failure. I wouldn't say they were rude, just not helpful. My family enjoyed the food so we will be back.Parking: parking is a bit tight and you may not get in front of store but there is lots of parking

The Honey Baked Turkey is beyond phenomenal! Oh my goodness you will not be disappointed.
On the positive side, the turkey we picked up the afternoon before Thanksgiving was tasty and required no preparation other than heating it up the next day. Also, although several people were lined up, the line moved quickly. They were prepared, like an assembly line. Of course, they should be. We ordered online, and Honey Baked Ham knows the busy times.On the negative side, when we got home we discovered the container was cracked on the bottom, leaking in our refrig. We would have returned it for replacement except for the long drive. Perhaps their "assembly line" of staff should have included a final check of the packaging or their checker failed to see the crack in the container.

Beware, they are selling far outdated ham bones! They said the scale must have been printing wrong. Sorry, not buying a two year old ham bone. The finally went through a few and found a good one. The need to be taught how to rotate stock! Bad situation.

As always we enjoy picking up from the honeybaked ham company. This time however I did have them deliver and it was awesome. We usually get a spiral ham and this time we tried one of the turkey breast. The food was cut nice and thin and was great for sandwiches and side dishes. Very tasty overall. We will certainly be back again. Oh and by the way if you love horseradish there horseradish sauce is the best around. I bought it and have some in my fridge.
