Wow has this food went down the drain jack in the box charges and arm and a leg for stalle re-cook tacos so when did fresh taco come out heavy oiled and chewy and warm I remembered when the tacos came out crispy and crunchy gosh I really do something about this location please get off your butt

I kindly asked for no cheese as i cannot eat cheese . they ended up putting lots of cheese on all 3 bowls .

Just getting out from work and taking my girls to eat here and really really bad service at the drive thru ask so many time that I want my fries made fresh and all I got was old fries and cold they return it and got the same fries are you seriously trying to reach out the store so I can talk to some one on charge but guess and find out the number didn’t work ???? Who is on charge????

I ordered a combo and instead they gave me 2 sandwiches without the drink I ordered, when I told the lady who served me she did not respond in the best way and gave me my coffee in a bad way, I asked for sugar and she ignored me, I had to ask for sugar from another person who was there and to top it off the food and coffee were cold, the only fresh thing was my hash brown... very bad service

Had a mobile pick up, got tacos with extra sauce. Let me tell you, if Veronica is there, you are in for the best prepared Jack in the Box tacos. Again Veronica makes them the best. 6 out 5 on the tacos people. Give her a raise! I can't supply a photo because I ate the evidence. Truely blessed to have the crunchy, saucy, cheesey sensations envelope every bite. I was transported briefly to an alternate universe where I didn't have any worry, pain, or responsibility...

I'm not sure what her name was but the old white lady with a busted lip told me at the speaker that "I'm going to have to wait for my mobile order since i just placed it" with the worst attitude. I understand that I just placed it and that it wouldn't be ready instantly but she didn't have to tell me like that, in such a rude and nasty way. She asked me to park in the front and wait and I did. When she brought the food out she just looked very unpleasant and that didn't sit right with me. It also didn't help when she forgot the cheese on TWO of my grandmothers breakfast sandwiches and that totally ruined her day. I don't have anytime to go back since I am very busy today but I am not happy with the service I received.
Went here during lunch time around 12:30pm and received old stale food. Also I ordered loaded mini tacos and there’s barely no cheese on the top of the mini tacos. I also ordered loaded wedges and barely no cheese there neither. I also ordered a cheese burger combo and received a chicken sandwich combo (I’m allergic to chicken)…Made extremely poorly

Dear Mr. Jack in the box Iam a Latin male and I deeply upset. Today I went to get my burger and y’all had NO TACOS OR CHEDDAR PEPPERS. What is this world becoming. My soul is hurt. I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years and I have never had problems with my orders, but this morning a boy named Gerardo served me. He did not take my order correctly, he told me my order twice and told me to look at the screen and My order never appeared on the screen and I asked him for 2 supress croisants, in one I told him to add french fries and he asked me for the size I ordered medium and then a regular coffee, and I also asked him for a combo number 23 for my other son and he made a mistake saying that it was number 3, I answered no twice that I wanted a 23 with cold vanilla coffee and then when he was at the window he was rude when I told him that I was missing my fries for my children and a coffee For me, this person told me to leave the establishment or to go around the drivethrue again because I had a car behind me, there weren't many either because other employees before have been kind, they tell me to park and they will take my order I could pay and wait but this guy Gerardo was very unprofessional the truth is I left without my coffee and without my parents disappointed and frustrated, they had never treated me like this in this place, and I asked him don't you mind that I'm a customer why many years and he answered no because he was the manager, also an older lady who has also been kind to me before was rude, telling me to leave without even knowing what was happening, today they lost a client who for years has been using in this place and thanks to that they pay their salary, the truth is I miss the good employees who served me before, I hope they give this boy Gerardo better training since he is very poorly educated and I hope they check the cameras so they can see that he is not They must have treated me like that.
