We were in the drive through for 10 minutes. The lady first told us “how can I help you” then she said give her a moment. She came back later & took our order. We drove up to pay, she took awhile to come to the window just to say “how can I help you” were like we already placed our order and she said no, I’m by myself I didn’t take your order we just left. Please get some help!!
This Jack in the Box always has their stuff together. Food has never looked sloppily put together, fries are always hot and fresh. Has never gotten my order wrong etc. the employees and managers don’t look like they hate their job. It really stands out as a very good example of what all Jack in the Boxes should be.
