We found this place off of an IG page. My son, my bestie and myself went here after to church on 4/7/2024. The service was amazing and our waitress was a hoot ?!!! Heather I think was her name. She was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! We will definitely be back. Food was ? and the portion sizes ???!!!

What a GREAT place for breakfast!!! The model for how restaurants and ANY customer-oriented business should be.This place is really what I wish every restaurant on the planet was like. We were immediately greeted by a genuinely friendly Heather, who got us seated, and then immediately got us huge cups of great coffee.The menu is a good mix of traditional and variations-on-traditional breakfast meals. Be warned…the portions are GINORMOUS! The biscuit in my daughter’s biscuit and gravy (biscuit…singular) was a bit bigger than a softball. My son’s cinnamon roll french toast had four large slices of toast. My wife’s strawberry blintz took up a large plate and had a full cup of strawberries. My brother’s country breakfast included four strips of bacon, and came with seven.You get the idea. Big portions, so come hungry! And, be prepared to be full. We finished eating at 11, and none of us was hungry again until dinner.All of the food was perfect. I asked for over-medium eggs. They came over medium. The hash browns were crisp on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. The sausage gravy didn’t break halfway through the meal, but didn’t rely on a bunch of starch or stabilizers to keep it thick.Every component of every dish was perfectly cooked and plated.Heather was the model for what friendly, attentive service should be. She immediately greeted seated us. She made us feel welcome, always checked on coffee and warmed us up if we needed it. She let us customize dishes as needed, and our entire party’s food was delivered quickly and at the same time. From “welcome” to check, it was exceptional, superb service.Highly recommend, and highly recommend going out of your way to eat here, if for no other reason than it will restore your faith that some restaurants know how to feed and treat you.

Coffee was awfully weak. Like colored water. This is the basis for my rating. I had the chorizo and eggs, that was good. We asked our server to take a picture of our party. She practically got on top of a customer on the neighboring table. I had to apologize to that customer because the server didn't. I don't anticipate on returning.

Don’t order the chicken fried steak. I can go to the freezer section at Walmart and buy a better chicken fried steak then what I bought today at Jack’s ham and eggs.. they should be ashamed to even sell a chicken fried steak for $15.50 for the quality of the steak . it was dry and thin. Not very good at all.

Been here once. Enjoyed the diner atmosphere and the friendless of employees. At least 4 of em came by chat with us tambien el Cocinero. (Even the Cook). That to me makes the food taste good. And tha biscuit with gravy is HUGe! Saw sum old vato putting it down.

My husband and I had the chicken fried steak breakfast. It was phenomenal! We added a biscuit for a $1 and a pancake for $2. My goodness was it worth it! That pancake is no joke! It was huge, fluffy and so delicious! If the food wasn’t enough to keep us coming back it was our waitress Heather! She was welcoming, helpful and a joy to be around! They should write a song about her?
The food is really good and reasonably priced for the large portions you receive. You gotta try the home fries and the gigantic biscuit.

An absolute MUST go place for breakfast and brunch fanatics! Great service, HUGE portions, quality food. Very affordable prices on everything. The pancakes are bigger in person than even the photos show. Same for homemade hot biscuits. Tom is a great dude who cares for his customers clearly. Heather is the best waitress ever. Super friendly and kind. Ask for her if you can. Her favorite color is pink! Dallas fans gonna love this place as the walls are covered in Cowboy swag. The ham slice and 2 eggs plate with country fried potatoes is a winner in my book for sure. Just $14.50 for all that food! Winning!
