I have had a consistently negative experience since this location opened. ? It seems like there is constant turnover with employees, and the service quality is lacking. The staff often appears disengaged and unfriendly, which is disappointing. ?

As someone who also works in customer service, I understand the importance of treating customers well, and it’s frustrating to be on the receiving end of poor service. ? It has been about a year or two since this location opened, and it feels like nothing has changed. ⏳

Additionally, I find it surprising that employees expect tips when the service doesn’t meet a satisfactory standard. ? If improvements aren’t made, I fear this location won’t thrive in the community. ?

First off this location is the last to
open. I got here at 830 and they’re closed but, that’s neither here nor there. The service is abysmal. It’s slooooowwww. If you’re in the drive thru it’s a minimum 6 min wait. I mean ur the only one in the line and it still six minutes if someone is in front of you 10 minutes. If you go inside it’s still 4-6 minutes ifff they don’t forget you’re there. The staff here can’t make a good smooth, smoothie. it’s crazy as hell but every smoothie i’ve gotten from here has been chunky. I’m not talking about a few little chunks at the bottom that don’t fit through the straw, i’m talking i’m sucking whole pieces of soft peach through my straw, or like almost the feel of thick boba tea. It’s pretty bad here. Unless you need this as a part of your diet…i would just hit the one in Irving up. Or …smoothie king ?

I went here Sunday and had to wait 30 minutes for my smoothie the dude at the register was kind but having to wait 30 minutes for a smoothie when there's 3 people working and 2 customers ahead of me is confusing. One customer came in at the same time as me and got his pretzel and smoothie faster than i did

Slowest place on planet earth. Literally worse than Disney Land. It took an hour to get a smoothie. Are you kidding me? Do you even operate a functional profiting business? I doubt it.

We went in and ordered. The smoothies are great. The downside is the organization of everything. They had people grab smoothies that were not theirs. They don't have any kind of number system so people got confused in what was what. They also forgot my order and skipped me 8 times. There was a lady that came in from the drive thru, she said she waited out there for 15 min and no one answered the drive thru. If they fix this i would definitely improve the stars given

Nice place for quick smoothie or fruit bowl. Reasonably priced and good for you. Nice for family, friends or going solo. Customer service is decent, but not fully great. They don't fully engage with you. Definitely good to treating loyal customers with variety of discount rewards so useful to download the app. ENJOY!

Menu is limited, I was charged for extras even though I said I didn’t want them. I was not able to use my rewards due to the system not working for a while. Took forever to order 2 things and I didn’t bother getting my refund.

Rude employees all they do is stand around on their phones! Didn't see anyone wash hands or change gloves even after picking something off the floor (I walked out after I seen that) surprised this place is still opened! Service sucks!!! DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!

Employees take too long to make food , they re not polite or can t speak english .I work nearby and love acai bowls but have to think twice because of how long they take to make food even when place looks empty .
