I love going to this awesome store I got a #1 and #2 the mini dogs where very fresh, the smoothie girl was very fast and really nice! Both girls were so kind! Rebeca and Leidy were so fun! I definitely will come again! Can’t believe this store has been for 2 years!

The manager is very friendly. The Jamba smoothies are delicious. Also conveniently combined with Auntie Anne's pretzels.
I frequent this Jamba Juice and am always please with the service and that it has a drive thru. Even if there is a small inconvenience, they are good to make things right. Today I ordered combo number 1 with an extra smoothie. A small smoothie with pretzel nuggets. the nuggets were soft, warm, fresh and buttery! Made with love and not burnt. We ordered pb+ banana protein with whey and a greens n ginger. My first time trying greens n ginger and I was satisfied with the fresh flavor. You can never go wrong with a pb and banana. So glad I don’t have to drive far for a good snack!! If you’re reading this review, it’s your sign to go treat yo self!

We ordered two different smoothies; one with whey protein and the other with soy. The girl is not paying attention to take the orders. She gave me one of the smoothies with whey protein and I’m allergic to it. I had to return and ask because the flavor was VERY VERY BAD and she confirmed it was whey protein. She prepared one more and the taste is still bad but not as bad as before, so I’m not sure if it was the protein or they’re not cleaning properly and the flavors are getting mixed. Taste is like something is spoiled. She didn’t even say hi or thank you, so customer service is also bad.

Girl was rude at the front counter. Couldnt get my order right after I tried telling her multiple times what I wanted and literally acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be there or having to take our order. Customer service is definitely lacking and it was not even busy.

I gave this place 2 stars due to when you try to order online on their website the items I try to order which are the bowls always say “not available at this location “. When you order at the actual place items are available but for $3.00 more. I have mentioned it to the people at the location on several occasions but all I’m told is “ we cant do anything about it”.
