The lady was rude to me I was on the line outside and she told me to hold on I waited 5-10 minutes then I move forward and she told me that I Spick the line . While looking inside the employee looks like not doing her job correctly and i saw the headset down even though I said hello many times and no response please fix this

My son and I were craving Jamba Juice and decided to go pick up a peanut butter mood from this location. This location was not busy at all and the staff very nice and helpful. I am from California so I think it wasn't recognizing my phone number at first, but the employee helped me out with my discount I accumulated. Thank you Jamba juice, your peanut butter mood is the bomb!!

This place is run by a bunch of high school kids who don't have a clue what they're doing. I ALWAYS have to wait a while for my mobile order...ALWAYS!! I always have to remind them what I ordered because I guess no one can read. This will probably be my last trip to this location. Placed my order at 11am, app said it it would be ready at 11:09...here it is 11:26...still no order. Im over it
I went in ordered smoothie and they made it within 5mins, best place yet, the employees here aren't smothering you with the same bland greeting as every other food business does! This is rhe place to go to grab your smoothie and go. It's nice to have a quick place like this instead getting chattered to death from a worker that isn't doing their job and talking about nothing...

I ordered from here on door dash 4 times and ordered orange juice with my drink. 4 times they just didn't send it. The number doesn't work to call and complain.

Walked in and saw one girl rolling dough in the kitchen while having a conversation on her FaceTime with someone. On the other side of the wall was a man wearing headphones and making smoothies. Two people working and neither looked up to acknowledge me while i paced back and forth for 10 minutes waiting to order. Was going to order the Waffle Parfait which looked delicious and cost $9.99 along with a large smoothie. After waiting for some time and nobody coming to help, decided to walk across the road and get some Dunkin! Saved some money and they greeted me as soon as I walked through the door!

Walked in and there’s about 5 employees standing around talking. I walk up to the counter and no one waits on me. I have to ask them to take my order. They look at me like they don’t understand. Finally a guy comes and takes my order.He doesn’t know the menu very well.
